After 11 months of no updates we finally get one, but it makes no difference. Come on!
Good app to see houses for sale in your area but ComeHome is hard to maneuver with one hand. Why can’t you double tap the pictures to zoom in and out like every other app? I submitted feedback months ago and never heard back. It would be nice if some simple enhancements could be made.
Also there is a bad bug with the way the pictures are displayed in ComeHome. Random pictures get cropped really tight to the point you can’t even see it correctly because it’s long and fat or tall and skinny. When looking at the same pictures of the same address on another site, the same pictures display full size and you can see the whole room so there is something wrong with ComeHome.

This is an amazing opportunity to look at the statistics that matter to you in a moments time. Done are the days of jumping between many websites and putting together your own data sheets. I can be much more efficient with my time by using ComeHome.

ComeHome has a wealth of real estate information that other apps don't. This goes super deep into pricing, forecasts, rental values, and visualizing information. For example, they have heatmaps that show home values, crime, schools, etc. It's exciting to use a product clearly built for real estate professionals in my own home search.

Update: there is a story on a website called aimgroup that indicates all MLS listings are gone from ComeHome and the website. Severely limits value of both — borderline useless.
Really a shame, because the concept is a great one. With the MLS data, the analytics here are far beyond Zillow, Redfin, Estately etc. Puts advanced analytics in the hands of individual home buyers and sellers. Hope they get the MLS data back.

There are no listings in ComeHome (at least for DC), as of January 27, 2019. I guess there’s some controversy over where they get their data from, so maybe they had to pull it? In any case, it’s basically worthless right now as there are no pictures, listing details etc on the site. Filters don’t do everything, it’s just a birds eye picture of each house and unknown status (for sale, pending etc is not populated). Too bad, because it looks like it has promise. Maybe when they get their data back.

Great design, loads quickly, unique data insights (not sure I can see that much data on other sites such as Zillow) and easy to use. HouseCanary Value feature is AWESOME.

As a real estate investor, I don't care as much about beds/baths or schools in my search as I do growth forecast and rental yield. FINALLY there's an app that lets me use these filters. GAMECHANGER!!!!

I’m not sure where information is obtained but for my home everything is wrong. We are original owners...we have a 4 bedroom 3.5 bath home with pool and could get that right. The guess on our home value is really laughable. Try again!
