by Loyal But Annoyed!

I’m giving SynchronyHOME one star; and that is being generous!!! You can’t even register your accounts!!! It allows you to see the balances, but after you answer all the questions and read the terms of agreement...You tap “Continue” and nothing!!! I’ve done this 3times now!!!
I’ve spent good money with this bank!!! And I get a crap app in return?!? I want it off my phone!!! A complete waste of time!

Had installed on iPhone and worked for a couple months. Now when clicking app it starts by going to green screen for about 10 seconds and then automatically exits. App is useless, cannot get any help to fix. Have removed app and reinstalled still nothing. This company has TOO many apps and they must all operate in the same way. Makes me nervous about this financial business!

Every time I login I have to reset my password because apparently the password is only good for one use only. I have even tried logging out and back in and the same thing occurs. I clicked the enable fingerprint access and that does not work either. Also once you get logged in, there is nothing in the site about setting up the fingerprint login. Other than these frustrations, SynchronyHOME works great.

Haven’t been able to use any of their apps. Always says my account has been closed. If it’s been closed how about getting rid of my account balance?? I guess having $20,000 in available credit with Synchrony means closed? Garbage app

App says you can use the card at stores you cannot use it at. Tried to use at Ashley Homestore and they no longer accept. App needs to be updated with what locations it can be used at.

I am a first time customer...I am trying to pay my bill online...I get logged in it pops up a screen your information does not match mine? Really...it come up Welcome Heather...I would really love to be able to pay my bill...UGH!!

I continue to receive the invalid log in error message when using the correct user ID and Password. Very Frustrating! I can login online with my laptop but not through my mobile phone.

Every month that I try to log in to make my payment it tells me wrong credentials and makes me change my password every single month, just want to lay it off so i can get rid of this worthless method of payment

I’m trying to find out what retailers accept my card. The website won’t let me search outside Chicago. So I downloaded SynchronyHOME thinking it would work better and it won’t even open! I’m beyond frustrated!

SynchronyHOME is horrible I’ve had to reset my password 5 times and it still won’t let me log in saying it doesn’t match there records it only works when I’m on a computer which is very inconvenient

I loved SynchronyHOME until I did the latest update. Now I can’t get SynchronyHOME to open at all. That is how I was making my payments and checking everything. Please get this fixed!

I like the card. Dislike SynchronyHOME and website. This card should have so many more cool features. Looking for someone to do my siding that accepts this card and it’s almost impossible to find. Still get 3 stars because when I reviewed it, they contacted me and said they would be pushing my advice forward.

I am using an iphone. It gets stuck when i try to change the date. I tried a few times.

But I cannot find out how to make EFT payments automatically. Maybe it’s only on the website and not SynchronyHOME ?

When selecting the payment date I don’t think a rolling year is needed AT not greed out please change that . We aren’t making payments for 1964 etc
