I paid off my $31,666.36 in February 2026. (In less than a year with no interest if paid off before April.) Now I am receiving a monthly bill of $334.50. I have called numerous times and was told it's all paid off and nothing is owed. I called the 5th & 6th time and was told I need to pay the $334.50. The last two people I have talked to have such accents I can barely understand them and have to have them repeat what they say multiple times to try to understand what they are saying. They said in was in the contract that I pay extra. They sent the contract and I see NOTHING in there about paying extra. I will have an attorney read it over and report this transaction to the BBB and Attorney General of Washington State.

On several occasions around FIVE times I have called Customer Service to send me a copy of my contract that the Trustee of the FEDERAL BANKRUPTCY COURT in PUERTO RICO is requesting, and said Contract has not been sent to my email or my P.O. BOX. IHIOPE, YOU PAY ATTENTIION TO THIS REQUESTON BEHALF ON THE FESDERAL BANKRUPTCY COURT!!!!

Goodleap is nothing more than a scam. I will never do business with anyone or any business that is associated with Goodleap and I encourage anyone else to do the same. The full balance shown on the website for our loan was paid. There was NOTHING left to pay and no option to pay more than what we paid. Two employees called us and both confirmed that our full balance was paid. We later receive a bill for over a hundred dollars in interest. They claimed there was a balance left over that we hadn't paid. Customer service was completely unhelpful and resolved nothing and if we don't pay it off the obscene interest will continue. Do not get involved with this company in any capacity.
