I’m sure there are people out there who are desperate to find new ways to lose weight when dieting and exercising alone does not work. When I saw the commercial for Kure, I was beyond ecstatic. I paid upfront for one month of hypnotherapy to try Kure out. I have been trying to login for over a week and I have been unsuccessful. I have contacted the company with over five different emails and they have never returned any single one of my emails! And I’m not the first one to make this complaint. All Kure does is take your money and they provide zero service!

I signed up online then down loaded Kure . I tried to log in with the password I created online but received an error stating no account found. So I attempted to create an account on Kure and received an error stating there was an account already. I attempted to change the password and got an error again stating no account found. I emailed them on September 29. I received a response from Tina: At the moment, I cannot fully address your inquiry. I will transfer your request to one of our senior specialists. We will get back to you as soon as we have an update.

After not receiving any further responses I emailed again following up on October 5. It is now October 9th and I still have not gotten assistance to sign in. They took my payment for Kure but have not helped me get access for what I paid.

I purchased from a FB Ad, received email confirmation that instructed me to download app and sign up using the same email. I did, but Kure did not recognize my purchase. I contacted their support and after days of back and forth I was told developers would have to implement a fix. Two days ago, I asked for a refund since I hadn’t heard from anyone but no one responded. Moral of the story, don’t trust FB ADs. Just be fat and happy, and keep your money.

Advertised as a 21 day program - FALSE. The first 21 days of the program it worked. Into the 2nd part-deep transformation, the program failed. After many emails back and forth it was reinstated. Agents stated via email 14 days were added to the account- another agent gave 14 more days for inconvenience. 2nd phase was 30+ days. Program ended before 3rd phase began. My disappointment is 3-fold 1) advertised as 21 day program 2) system failure and the excessive back and forth to reinstate 3) agents are dishonest

I debated between Kure and several others, finally decided this was the one! So excited I paid for 3 months!!! Got all of the extras I purchased, then downloaded Kure and tried to log in! Nothing! Invalid credentials, tried forgot password - no account found. Sent an email and got a response telling me how to login… ummm seriously read the emails sent to you, I knew how to log in and it didn’t work. So I tried setting up a new account as the last option, answered all of the questions, got to the end wasted 15 minutes to be told by Kure , an account is already on file. I sent an email and have yet to receive a response.

You all need to stop advertising until you figure out what’s going on with Kure and set up connection.

Downloaded Kure and after getting 1 month subscription I could not do anything on it. It’d show the first day as locked and it would only unlock and play after it directed me to subscribe and it would say I already am. After completing that session it would continue to show it as locked and would not unlock the next day, going to the next day it would say not to skip a day and that the next session would unlock after 4am when the previous session is completed. I went back and forth with support for a week having to repeat the same stuff to multiple people who would just tell me to make sure Kure is updated and sign out and back in. Very frustrating experience, and I’m attempting to get a refund.

I found the very first listen was interesting. But Kure in general is very rigid does not allow you to choose only what you want to listen per day. Also is very white centric. It should allow for voice diversity for ethnic inclusivity. Additionally shoud allow, a playback speed and ability to skip sessions. Very dissatisfied, not functional. Waste of money have attempted to reach customer service times only ever receive an automated response.

I’ve tried to reach you via email and Instagram for technical support and neither are functioning means of communication. I signed up for the free trial to try it out and my days are running out. I can’t log in with the email I provided and when I try to reset the password nothing happens.
I need someone to reach out to me to fix this issue. If I don’t get to try out the product, I have no reason to make the purchase. In addition, I would like the days I’ve lost to be compensated for so that I can assess if I want to purchase Kure or not. Thank you for your time.

Kure sent me into an endless loop of signins and after trying for almost an hour to get it to work, I decided to give up. I emailed the company and asked for a refund but they wanted screen shots, which meant I had to go through the whole rigmarole again, taking up more of my time. When I refused to do that they offered me 25% off the price “due to the digital nature of the product.” They can see that I was never able to login, never activated my account, and are not out anything, yet I am not due a full refund. This kind of service is just gross to me. Slimy.

Absolutely trash customer service. I honestly think this company is a scam, and preying on people vulnerable trying to lose weight. I did not enjoy Kure as it was not for me, tried to cancel, wouldn’t let me. I emailed OVER a week ago. Emailed again, and again, and again. Kept getting an automated response that they would be getting back to me. They never did. Then they sent me a survey about my experience with customer service..? What customer service? A robot emailed me an auto response then ignored my 7 other emails. Surprise surprise, they charged me. I will be calling my bank and explaining to them this is a fraud charge as I asked now 10 times for them to cancel my account since Kure literally will not let me. What a scam. All these weigh lose and mental health apps are scammers and I’m sick of them preying on people. 0 stars if I could.

I signed up a couple of months ago, paid the subscription fee & was not able to log in. There was some sort of problem that they couldn’t resolve so they eventually refunded my money.

They said it was finally resolved & to try again. I tried to sign up, it says i already have an account, so i tried to sign in & it says account not found.

Sent numerous emails to which they did respond & eventually wrote back & said my account was scrubbed from the system & to please try again. I tried creating an account, it says i have an account, when i try to log in it says account not found!

I tried creating a new account with a different email address, paid the subscription, etc. & I can’t sign in.

I love this concept & would love to try however, the developer really needs to fix these problems. It shouldn’t be this difficult.

Bought the three month subscription and I was very happy with the nightly sessions. I loved it in the beginning but after the 21 days, it just repeats the same hypnosis everyday. I’m confused because I was under the impression that if you paid for the subscription, the hypnosis sessions continue and new sessions would begin. They do not. It stops after 21 days which is slightly misleading. Why did I pay for three months if you only have a month worth of sessions?

I loved the first 21 days of this program. I actually lost 10 pounds! I couldn’t believe it… This has been a struggle for years and almost any time I went on the scale it kept dropping.
Then came to the next portion of the program… I really don’t connect with the sessions. Even worse ITS THE SAME FOREVER. in the first 21 days there was variation in each session. I keep waiting for it to change, but I’m on day 62 and there is no difference in sight. I stopped losing weight and can’t connect the same way because it bothers me so much. Even in trying to repeat from day one the trance has been broken.
But also really scares me is that there is no information about my subscription under my profile information. I have no idea what I’m paying and when it renews…. This is a really bare-bones app. How bad so many of the reviews were about payment and customer service scares me. I’d love to give Kure a better review but I just don’t trust it. I wish there was something better out there.

Kure is a nice concept but the episodes you are supposed to listen to daily doesn’t get unlocked even though i have finished the previous ones. If the episodes somehow gets unlocked they don’t load so again you are not able to listen to them. I sent their support team multiple emails. It has been 4 days and no one has gotten back to me or fixed the issues. I don’t suggest Kure to anyone as it is not developed correctly and doesn’t work properly.

I've been using this since December 22, and I have not lost any weight. I've gone through two complete cycles, and it will not let me update my weight, which has not changed. It keeps asking over and over again and there's no button to submit anything.
It works great to put me to sleep, though. I hope there are more cycles, because I paid for a year in advance.

I hope you fix this glitch with the buttons not being available for updating. I'm very frustrated.

Purchased app through Apple and when I had issues with my log in they couldn’t find my account (I had been using Kure ). this app blames Apple and says all refunds or issues are Apple problems so I’m out of luck with them. I think it’s a great idea for an app but this app is not quite ready for mainstream yet. Look elsewhere while they sort out their internal support issues.

I believe Kure will work well to help with spiritual balancing, healing relationships with food, and foster self awareness and cultivate positivity and self worth. It needs a reward system for ppl with ADHD. Either way I still cannot afford to pay for this luxury. I’m a counselor and I would recommend it if it cost less, had a monthly payment subscription, or had a free version.

I used Kure for 21 days and liked it. I was able to log my weight. I then had to update to get new episodes. After several episodes, the same recording continued. I have not been able to log my weight due to being unable to reach the continue button. Now, Kure is stuck on the Update your weight page and I can’t because the continue button is off screen and unreachable. So, as of today I can’t use Kure .

I finished my 21 days and needed to update my weight to continue using Kure . When I tried to update my weight, I could not reach the “continue “ button. Thus I can’t update my weight. It’s now been a week since I filed a trouble ticket and have not heard from Kure support. I have emailed them multiple times and have not received a reply. I have deleted Kure a number of times and reinstalled with no success.

this app finally responded and gave me a refund. Only complaint I still have is their response says to contact them at the email address they suggest. That is the “problem “, they don’t respond in a reasonable amount of time and there is no other way to contact them.

I’ve enjoyed Kure so far until we got to the “imagine blue light going up your nose”. I can’t imagine that and equally as hard to imagine is the exhale of red smoke. The last several sessions have all included this and it’s distracting for me since I can’t visualize these two things. Please stop with that already. If it keeps happening, I’ll probably cancel the remainder of my subscription or won’t renew. I do fall asleep about 10 minutes in so I always miss the last part but hoping my subconscious is listening. As far as weight loss, nothing has changed yet but I’d give it more time if we could stop with blue light/red smoke sequences. Thanks!
