I have used this app but with no effect for a 3-month Plan. The app has disappeared from my phone then charged my card $69.99 for recurring charge monthly without any notification. Not worth the money or time. When I called the phone number 629-406-5200, the call cannot be connected as dialed. The email does not work. I called my fraud department at my credit card company to cancel any recurring charges to my credit card.
Hello, no one got back to me as, I payed for 4 months, and it says 21 days , do not do recurring charges on my card, I'm disappointed your program doesn't work

Absolutely trash customer service. I honestly think this company is a scam, and preying on people vulnerable trying to lose weight. I did not enjoy the app as it was not for me, tried to cancel, wouldn’t let me. I emailed OVER a week ago. Emailed again, and again, and again. Kept getting an automated response that they would be getting back to me. They never did. Then they sent me a survey about my experience with customer service..? What customer service? A robot emailed me an auto response then ignored my 7 other emails. Surprise surprise, they charged me. I will be calling my bank and explaining to them this is a fraud charge as I asked now 10 times for them to cancel my account since the app literally will not let me. What a scam. All these weigh lose and mental health apps are scammers and I’m sick of them preying on people. 0 stars if I could.

I debated between this app and several others, finally decided this was the one! So excited I paid for 3 months!!! Got all of the extras I purchased, then downloaded the app and tried to log in! Nothing! Invalid credentials, tried forgot password - no account found. Sent an email and got a response telling me how to login… ummm seriously read the emails sent to you, I knew how to log in and it didn’t work. So I tried setting up a new account as the last option, answered all of the questions, got to the end wasted 15 minutes to be told by the app, an account is already on file. I sent an email and have yet to receive a response.
You all need to stop advertising until you figure out what’s going on with the app and set up connection.
App Didn’t Work

Downloaded the app and after getting 1 month subscription I could not do anything on it. It’d show the first day as locked and it would only unlock and play after it directed me to subscribe and it would say I already am. After completing that session it would continue to show it as locked and would not unlock the next day, going to the next day it would say not to skip a day and that the next session would unlock after 4am when the previous session is completed. I went back and forth with support for a week having to repeat the same stuff to multiple people who would just tell me to make sure the app is updated and sign out and back in. Very frustrating experience, and I’m attempting to get a refund.
