Excellent (and FREE!) hypnosis sessions with a ton of additional content and resources. I tried a number of different hypnosis apps, and I find these are the best sessions available. HypnosiswithJosephClough functions very well and is straightforward and intuitive in its design. The audio files are quick to download and still maintain great audio quality. The sound effect and light background music when in a hypnosis session are really effective and soothing, and now that I have done a number of sessions, just hearing them automatically sets my mind and body into relaxation mode right away. I use HypnosiswithJosephClough during the day if I just need to take things down a notch, or if I wake up at night and just want to super relax. There are so many content options that I haven’t even scratched the surface, and the way HypnosiswithJosephClough organizes it all really works well and makes it simple to find things. Just download it and give it a try. It may not be your cup of tea, but you have nothing to lose and potentially a ton to gain. Having HypnosiswithJosephClough ready and available on your device/phone is a great step towards peace and relaxation. I never write reviews but I have to briefly share what HypnosiswithJosephClough has done for me. I was very skeptical when my spouse started using HypnosiswithJosephClough a few years back but I eventually gave it a shot. I use this application just about every day. I use it to sleep, to calm my anxiety, to center myself, to gain another perspective, and just about any chance I can. Joseph has a wealth of knowledge and presents it in a fantastic easy to understand way. You truest get the sense that he cares and talks with a very level approach with personal examples. I hope one day I can thank this man for sharing his thoughts, insights, and point of view one day. If you do nothing else but try his deep relaxation hypnosis twice I'm sure you will see what it is that I am telling you.

I’ve final found a powerful hypothesis application that works. The first night I listened to the audio episodes FROM STRESS TO CALMNESS A NIGHT SLEEP. I drifted off into a deep tranquility my consciousness mind was dreaming. My unconscious mind was listening carefully. I woke up he night thinking I can not irritated. I have to be calm at all times this week moving forward.
The next night with no problem I listened to the same episode an fall sleep peace. I listened to another audio for success with not problem. I found the audio episode was easy to listen to. The best app ever for people that want better for themselves.

I’ve always had a hard time getting to sleep and then staying asleep. I finally decided to give hypnosis a try. I had to try way too many apps till I finally came across this one. The voice is soothing and easy to listen to. I try at least one session every day. I love that there are nighttime versions of the same session.

I had a few questions about HypnosiswithJosephClough so I emailed the contact. Within 2 hours I had a response from Joseph. I’ve had a few other questions and he has responded in such a timely manner. Never have I had app support this good.

I love the power naps...not sure how any of these really work..I just know I can be so tired I can’t stay awake and can’t sleep...listen to a session and like magic, I’m refreshed and ready to continue my day.

I love that I was able to purchase the entire App without having to be a subscriber.

I have been using Joseph Clough Hypnosis app for many years now! Because of him I no longer claim anxiety and I haven’t been depressed in years. Are used to feel very hopeless until I learned a lot about limitless thinking and how important your belief system is. Listening to his podcast has made me a more positive person and my quality of life has been amazing! I owe this man. so much more then when he’s giving me! It feels like a mother‘s unconditional love whenever I hear his podcast. I am learning so much I even thought of maybe I should be a hypnotherapist so that people can just be educated about how your thoughts really do control your emotions. I learned so much about neurolinguistics and CBT because of Joseph Clough that when I have this conversation with some psych majors they are quite impressed that a young African American /afro Caribbean girl like me can understand so much about these topics. I do owe you the world Joseph! I hope that good energy you put out there meeting you tenfold. You have no idea what kind of impact in my life! I would also like to mention that I listen to your be your potential audiobook. 🙏🏽 I swear you were like a answered prayer.

I downloaded HypnosiswithJosephClough in August 2020, liked the free tracks and started buying others, even did a custom hypnosis. I was sad when I got the iOS update and HypnosiswithJosephClough no longer worked, I had told many people about it. I figured HypnosiswithJosephClough was a lost clause seeing the last update was a few years ago, but I never deleted it, I had hope that somehow an iOS update would make it work again. I was so excited when I saw HypnosiswithJosephClough update! As soon as I figured out where to restore my purchases I got right back on track! These hypnosis have helped me a ton!

Wow Joseph Clough! Where do I begin? To say you are a Absolute Miracle, Angel & Blessing in the World AND in my Life is a Very Good Start! In this Pandemic let’s say my Mental Health went to places I never went to before only Joseph Clough saved me solved completely my Anxiety, Depression, Deep Rooted Past Issues and reprogrammed my Subconscious in ways no one else or nothing else can it did. I had to write this review in hopes others will find this incredible App download it benefit from it ASAP everyone deserves to experience this find relief and healing in most challenging times in Earths recent history and in my entire life! I stumbled upon this needing help to sleep. It’s helped calm my mind at night and learning new skills to focus my mind on. I did not know there was an app at first. I just listened to podcast. I think people are missing out by not having both. Both are great tools that are a part of my day now. May be a way to explain HypnosiswithJosephClough and podcast connection better. I heard it a few times but assumed my podcast was in iTunes and that was what was meant by App Store. I may just be slow but just an idea to connect the two a little more obvious. The logos were different so almost didn’t find it. Only say this so no one misses out like I almost did. So many tools!! Love!

Seriously. This. Is. Amazing. I've been a sugar addict for a long time, to the point where I can't go a day without a candy bar or a sugar binge. It's the last thing I truly need to change in order to achieve my weight loss goals. I've tried everything: whole30s, 21 day fixes, weight watchers, MyFitnessPal...but all of them failed because I couldn't kill my sugar dragon. I've used HypnosiswithJosephClough's sugar addiction recording for three days: I haven't had a single bite of sugar, or a single sugar craving. I'm finally able to have the dialog in my conscious mind that "I don't need sugar." I was a skeptic, but I believe. More than believe, I'm in awe. This is amazing. Do yourself a favor and try it!

During this CRAZY COVID time I could NOT sleep for anything!! If you are having the SAME problem this is your ANSWER! I know I sound like the perfect commercial - but believe me NOBODIES giving me any $$$$ for this review!
I can NOW sleep every single night with no problems! And these night time hypnosis sessions have helped me in EVEN MORE ways than just sleeping. I am just soooo much happier! Little things DONT get me down as bad as before. I have 100 times more patience with EVERYTHING! I am in CONTROL of my moods NOT the other way around. I really am soooo grateful for HypnosiswithJosephClough. Please note: It did take about 1 week of listening for me to see results so don’t give up - you really will see a BIG IMPROVEMENT like I did. ❤️

I reached out for tech support after my ios14 update caused issues with HypnosiswithJosephClough . Joseph himself answered back immediately! They didn’t expect HypnosiswithJosephClough to shutdown with the large update, and are working hard to get a new and improved version out to us all! He also sent me my favorite tracks from HypnosiswithJosephClough to listen to while waiting. Now that’s some customer service! Thank you Joseph and team for not only putting out the BEST hypnotherapy app around, but also for supporting your customers like you do! ✅✅✅✅✅

HypnosiswithJosephClough, this podcast is amazing. I suffer from depression, anxiety, panic attacks and severe lack of self confidence. Joseph Clough has actually helped me a lot. When I started listening to him I didn't believe in hypnosis. I did it because a friend begged me to. I started by listening to his free tracks, both hypnosis tracks and inspiring podcasts, and fell in love with it. Let me tell you there's so much more to it than I thought. I listen to these tracks almost every night. These have helped me so much. My depression isn't as bad and my fear of spiders isn't as bad as it was. I've bought all of the tracks he has in HypnosiswithJosephClough and love it.
Please if you have issues of any sort or just need some comfort and time to relax, listen to him and give it a try. It's definitely worth it. ❤️

The newest iOS update has really put a kink in things for my app, but the customer service has been great through it all. If you’re having trouble, just email the team, and be patient, they are trying!
HypnosiswithJosephClough has been a game changer for me, and I bought the full version, just because I wanted to experience all that was offered. So far in the last several months I have cut down on my sweet tooth, began losing weight, and have re-quit smoking. I am also getting prepared to buy a home. I sleep better, feel better and have truly enjoyed HypnosiswithJosephClough. Now if I can get that motivation/tidy/organized portion to kick in I will be set. Have an open mind, and give this a shot. What have you really got to lose??

I’ve been loving HypnosiswithJosephClough for years. It crashed due to Apple’s software update, but Joseph provided amazing customer support while he was updating HypnosiswithJosephClough . Now it’s all fixed so make sure you update it for it to work the best!

Joseph Clough is an awesome coach/hypnotherapist and I have seen dramatic changes in my life from his work. He has helped me to remove the blocks I've been challenged with for a long time and even though I fall asleep through most of them at night, the way I feel when I wake up- inspired, motivated, optimistic- has me believing that it truly does work on an unconscious level. I love the coaching sessions too, as he has really helped me to transform my negative behaviors. Thank you for HypnosiswithJosephClough, which is so easy to use!

I understand that if the voice/accent isn’t soothing or pleasant to the person seeking hypnosis benefits, this isn’t an app for you.
In my case, I am very happy. After 25+ years smoking, it seems the smoking cessation episode is working for me. I have been listening to it for a week, every night, and my cravings have decreased and feel very optimistic that it will work for me, possibly saving my life. I am using nicotine lozenges to aid as well. But I still think these two tools will make me successful. Granted I have used nicotine aids before without any luck. I’m still at an early start, but again, I feel very confident this time it will work. Once I feel I’ve overcome this monster, I’m moving to other areas of improvement through hypnosis!

Note: This is my second review. My first one when I first started using HypnosiswithJosephClough a few weeks ago, was accurate, but brief. Now that Ive been using this longer I wanted to elaborate.

These are really good. I have a great deal of respect for the man based entirely on what I have experienced so far by way of Josephs content.

I don’t have any prior experience with Hypnosis, but I have many years of yoga experience. My Yoga is meditative, so I have some experience with meditation. Personally I use my breath and other internal rhythms to “catch the wave” into a meditative state.

I mention this for others who may have prior experience with mediation or yoga but not hypnosis. I find them all to be kind of similar.

The hypnosis (or mediation) relaxes you and takes you out of your head and into the moment. This gives your body a neurological break. Your consciousness gets to take a break too, leaving just your unconscious or subconscious (or whatever) you want to call it.

This is where Josephs messaging and suggestions come in. His insights are excellent and the suggestions he makes to your unconscious mind while you are in that receptive state all seem spot on to me.

Kudos to you Joseph. I’m very very impressed. Thank You Friend!

I have a background in psychology and have worked with many audio hypnosis experts for 20+ years, including several in HypnosiswithJosephClough Store. Joseph Clough is the best I've ever found. His sessions are expertly constructed and highly effective. His controlled vocal tone is incredibly smoothing. His free podcasts, already included with HypnosiswithJosephClough download, go into the details on how the power of the mind works against you and how to make it work FOR you. (Many podcast hypnosis sessions are included as well). I was so impressed after a few weeks, I purchased his full library. It's one of the best small investments I've ever made -- zero regrets. With dozens of hypnosis sessions and the unique customizable session platform included, plus any future app sessions being included in updates, this is a must-have for people who like to work with hypnosis.

This is one of the few hypnosis apps that actually has a decent amount of free content —which I consider necessary if you want to give something like this a try to see if it actually works before plonking down the money for tons of content. Hypnosis is a little different for everyone, and so I don’t trust the hypnotists that hide all but one or two tracks behind a paywall.
The content actually works pretty well. As an American, his dialect takes a moment to get used to, and his voice is generally more high-energy than relaxing...yet his content still works for me. So...I guess none of my previous sentence really matters, except that it works for me.
If you do go to his website and sign up for a free self-hypnosis aid, be ready for daily spam related to buying his content. ...I mean...He’s just trying to make a living at this, after all.

I am happy to have HypnosiswithJosephClough Joseph hypnosis are useful to me, my family and friends. Particularly, my 10 year old used to be very organized and orderly in early childhood development. Around 8-9 a shift happened were as that was less a priority and she became less focused on order. The Tidy hypnosis helped get her back on track. Thankful for that. Another on topic I used to help two friends get a handle on alcohol abuse. One is free of alcohol over 3 months. I had to use HypnosiswithJosephClough several times when a relapse happened but it certainly helped. The other person I could not be around to share HypnosiswithJosephClough repeatedly to continue with treating the help. But it was amazing to see them sober for nearly two days. And for me, I am Grieving the lost of my mom and decided to use HypnosiswithJosephClough to help aid in my healing and I can honestly say it is working and getting me through. I am starting to move on with my life were as before I just couldn't budge. So I recommend using HypnosiswithJosephClough for topics suitable to gain support and help strength targeted areas that need improvement. Thanks!

After finding myself stuck on some issues, I remembered how useful hypnosis had been for me in the past. So I looked for apps, and found Joseph. I started out with the free podcasts and within a few days of listening to at least one a day, started to feel myself breaking through my challenges.
Then I bought the full library of scripts and added one hypnosis session per day to the podcast regime. And in just a few weeks, I feel like I’m finally through the blocks and problems. If I have a setback, I just pick a script that feels right and come at it head on.
I highly recommend Joseph’s approach for everyone, because hey, we all have our internal battles. Let him teach you how to find a new strategy, change course and win those battles!
