Frankly life changing. I recommend DeepBelief to all of my friends having a midlife crisis and looking for more meaning in their lives and don’t know how to get over their own deep-seated mindsets. I have been using for almost 6 months and have become completely addicted. With that said, DeepBelief will once in a while forget who you are and erase ALL. Your progress and force you to start back from scratch. This means you no longer have access to the content you have previously unlocked (it can take 15 days or more of daily practice to reactivate). Customer support is completely non responsive which is highly frustrating despite app’s aim… I wish NYTimes had mentioned this in their review…
DeepBelief promises 21 day programs. I went through my first program. I tried to add another program but there is no way to do this in DeepBelief . I looked for answers in FAQ and found that you have to go to home page and tap on the + on the top right hand side. There is no home page. I tried to contact them for help. I got an automated response in French. I don’t speak French. I tried to get refund from Apple but it’s no longer eligible for a refund. If you buy a 6 month subscription but DeepBelief stops working on month 4, why can’t you get a refund?
