How to fix WASMS app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the WASMS app on iPhone
Update WASMS app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall WASMS iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix WASMS on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve WASMS network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Force Stop the WASMS App
1. On android, goto Settings » WASMS » click [Force Stop]

Update WASMS to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear WASMS App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » WASMS » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart WASMS.

Fix WASMS unable to contact server/ WASMS internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click WASMS » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto WASMS » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
