Literally not functional

I subscribed solely so I can watch Islander games on my Samsung TV. When I try to log in, I get an error message saying my email is associated with a social login, whatever that means. I called customer service and was told that I can watch games on my phone. I didn’t pay 250+ dollars to watch games on my phone. The customer service rep literally copped an attitude and told me all sales are final, it’s a well known problem and to check the app for fixes. I will be on the phone with American Express tomorrow getting my money back. Ridiculous - product doesn’t work and rude and unhelpful customer service.
Won’t allow me to log in to tv provider

Been trying for a while to log into my tv provider (I use MSG+, YES! all other apps without issue). First it said I needed to turn off tv provider access in my Apple settings because of some SSO thing. I did that, and now when I log in, it gives an “unable to load the metadata” error every time. Not sure what else to try.

Didn’t recognize my MSG+ login, threw three errors trying to link my FIOS account, only showed the Devils game & wouldn’t swipe to other games, despite the dots below that banner, then when I went to schedule and selected the Islander game, it told me it hadn’t started yet (it’s in the 3rd period). So, after all that, I missed the end of the game.
