The limited reservations is trash & my rewards isn’t working

I missed the old reservation system where we can reserve orders a couple of days in advance rather than next day. I would always put my reservations in on Wednesday for Veterans Day and pick up on my off day Friday as I work 8-6:30. And my last order was cancelled. I don’t like the changes to the reservations at all, it was the main reason I shopped with MUV. And someone my purchases this month isn’t showing up at all on the new system but somehow on the old app, so I didn’t get any rewards either on this new app add that too my list of dislikes.

They lied about the “$10 off next purchase” to your download the app. There are additional steps you have to do to get it. Even though the promotion does not state that.

The app needs updating. My local MÜV doesn’t show on the map to choose from. So I can’t place in app orders for pickup nor delivery due to it saying I’m not in network for delivery
