How to fix Moe app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Moe app on iPhone
Update Moe app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Moe iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Moe on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Moe network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Moe Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Moe not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Moe App
1. On android, goto Settings » Moe » click [Force Stop]

Update Moe to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Moe App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Moe » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Moe.

Fix Moe unable to contact server/ Moe internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Moe » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Moe » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
