How to fix ReFile app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ReFile app on iPhone
Update ReFile app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ReFile iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ReFile on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ReFile network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

ReFile Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix ReFile not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the ReFile App
1. On android, goto Settings » ReFile » click [Force Stop]

Update ReFile to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ReFile App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ReFile » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ReFile.

Fix ReFile unable to contact server/ ReFile internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ReFile » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ReFile » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ReFile
