Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever I-Motion app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix I-Motion app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the I-Motion app on iPhone
Update I-Motion app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall I-Motion iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix I-Motion on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve I-Motion network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix I-Motion not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent I-Motion app issues:

Force Stop the I-Motion App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click I-Motion app. » click "Force Stop".

Update I-Motion to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear I-Motion App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "I-Motion app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch I-Motion.

Fix I-Motion unable to contact server/ I-Motion internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click I-Motion » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got I-Motion » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch I-Motion on android.
