How to fix SideShift app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the SideShift app on iPhone
Update SideShift app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall SideShift iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix SideShift on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve SideShift network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

SideShift Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix SideShift not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the SideShift App
1. On android, goto Settings » SideShift » click [Force Stop]

Update SideShift to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SideShift App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » SideShift » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart SideShift.

Fix SideShift unable to contact server/ SideShift internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click SideShift » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto SideShift » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch SideShift
