I tried to use this app for about a week and found it was a bigger pain to use than it was worth and did not work very well. I discontinued using the app and believed it to be a one time charge. Today I had a charge on my credit card for I am guessing a monthly charge. Hoping to get the subscription cancelled, however after reading several reviews, it appears I am probably SOL. My lawyer is next step 5/4/26
I downloaded the app and then decided to not go past the first couple of days of the free trial. It didn't exactly have what I wanted. So I cancelled it and then deleted the app. But I was then charged for it and when I saw I was charged for it, I redownloaded it, to see and I can't log in. So I was charged for something that even if I wanted it, I can't access.
I’m trying to scan items and get error message. I scanned these items before, so I know it used to work
I was supposed to get a 3 day free trial to see if I would like using the Cal AI..when I went to cancel it, I was told I would be charged the $19.99 and my subscription wouldn’t end until next year. I do not want this service & since I cancelled it within the 3 day grace period I should not be charged. Please help. Thank you, Melissa

Great app but be warned. This company appears to have zero technical support. I tried finding out if I could install my subscription on a second device. I found an email for support using chat got but the support address is invalid. I made the assumption that if I installed the app Cal AI onto my iPad use the same username and password that it would use the same subscription. Well apparently did not, and it charged me for another year prescription of premium. I have no way of canceling except cancel and having the app run its full 12 months term. It’s too the app run it’s full 12 months term. It’s too bad such a great app to have no tech support
I wanted to try the free app. It would not let me until I put in my credit card information. After a few minutes in the app, I knew that I wasn't interested, but I couldn't find a way to relay that I wasn't interested. My card was charged on 11/28/2025 for $19.99. I couldn't find anywhere on the application to say don't charge my card, I didn't subscribe and I was not interested. When trying to cancel the subscription it says I don't have a subscription! My credit card was charged for one! I couldn't find out how to handle it with Apple, so I went through my credit card company to dispute the charge. I am waiting on the results of the dispute. When I get this cleared up I want to rest assured that I won't be charged next November 2026 for a yearly?
Been having issues, and not enjoying the app. I've had it for less than a month and have been charged a total of $60, and I would like a return.
How do I cancel a bad reading to remove
Paid by mistake $23.22 to the application whilst it was on trial. Please do assist with the refund.
I have tried using the scan food option multiple times and it never works. Even a simple picture of strawberries in a bowl and the app never detects my food. I paid for the yearly subscription and am not being able to use the app as effectively as advertised.
Thought I was getting free trial and got charged. It does not know what the correct food items are when you take a photo. It's not user friendly. I also cannot figure out how to get help to get a refund, no phone # or agent to chat with.
The camera option is not working
Was able to speak the food into the app, but not now. What happened to the ability to speak my food into the app to record what I ate?
I bought the app on Saturday and it worked fine Sunday and this morning. Now I can access the screen to add my food, but it is black. The frame and widgets are white. I cannot take a shot to upload. The black screen just stays.

I don’t understand why, I can't access any features without paying. It was a waste of time to download it, enter my information, weight, height, and more, only to find out that nothing is usable without selecting a monthly or annual plan. This is completely unfair, especially since there's not even a trial option. It's frustrating that the app provides no value upfront but expects consumers to pay immediately.

Fully paid for a years worth of unlimited today but I am unable to access the feature after updating. Also why is there no customer service/ support ? I can’t even try to fix this issue if I wanted to.
