Placed order, never arrived. Customer service is unreachable

I placed a large order, as soon as it was placed the app said the order was completed (as in shipped and arrived). I assumed this was just a glitch but the order never arrived and I never received any shipping information besides that the payment was received. Customer service by email and phone number are unreachable. The phone number goes to voice mail and email never answered. Since I waited for so long I can’t even make a charge back on my card. Pretty sure I got scammed out of 200 bucks
Finally! A gunpla shop app.. but it has issues

The app format layout is great. Im really on apps so to see one of my fav gunpla retailers get an app butttt… the app can crash often, I can’t see my order history and when I try to view my points it only gives me a loading screen. Hopefully the issues get fixed!

I’ve shopped on this website for Gundam related products for a year now, they have great deals and good selection! However, the brand new app has performance issues. The app crashes when I search for products! I’m sure there will be updates that improve general loading and searching in the future.
