Seems like a scam project . They don’t approve my address, when I proved it with all document they requested. Unprofessional support agent , that can’t even use translated my foreign language address to English . They ask for document - you prove them wrong. First they say everything is fine , then they say it’s not fine , simply because they incapable of using translator to translate the address and verify it .
On top of that at same point they sent me a message telling me to complete verification through some strange third party service I had never heard about , with almost no information about it available online .
After I told them to delete my account because it started to look like scam , my card suddenly approved immediately.

I lost $160 due to what appears to be extremely weak security measures on this app’s platform.

There were no meaningful safeguards to prevent suspicious activity, no effective fraud detection alerts, and no real protection when the incident occurred. For a financial service handling users’ funds, this level of vulnerability is unacceptable.

What concerns me most is not just the financial loss, but the lack of accountability and proactive security infrastructure. Users trust fintech platforms to protect their money. In my experience, that trust was not justified.

If you are considering using this app, be aware that security and user protection may not be as strong as expected. I strongly urge the company to implement proper fraud prevention systems and take user protection seriously.

Very disappointed that I was rejected from opening an account due to KYC identification not working for me. Even when going through emails with support to get issue fixed I was still rejected. I have signed up with multiple neobanks dealing with crypto and have never had an issue with my license. Will definitely never recommend this app to anyone.

They don’t accept America identification they’ll say there American partners don’t accept American documentation not a visa or a green card a brand new State issued ID not accepted just passports after you verify if you try to change anything you have to take a kidnap picture holding a news paper and stare at the camera holding your personal documents

I was using the account and actually enjoying the card, but then my account was blocked without any reason and my card terminated. After contacting the support, they asked me some questions and informed that would verify the issue, but then I just received an email informing that my account was being closed. Very disappointing experience

After creating my first account and making an initial deposit in USDC, my account was blocked without a clear reason. Support promised to resolve it within 24 hours, but nothing happened. Their responses were vague and unhelpful, forcing me to request a refund and account closure. Lack of transparency and poor customer service make me distrust this app. I do not recommend KAST.

This company is 100% fraud. After completing the KYC process and they approve your account, and you fund your account, they will freeze your funds and a bot will contact you asking for (salary certificate, or inheritance certificate) !!!
If you dont provide them without 2 days, your account will be closed, and your funds will be seized forever.
Support team are not existing, they have bots that are not responsive at all.
Stay away and save your funds and documents.

Check the card’s availability in your states - if you reside in U.S., there are many states where you cannot open your account at all. this app should publish the current geo availability so that to save users time from applying a unusable product.

First of all, it takes too long to transfer funds to a U.S. bank. Card information leaked and funds stolen, but never received any information. No reversed charges like credit cards and not enough safeguards like Wise and Revolut.

I love KAST. KAST is pretty good, but here's the sad part about KAST.

Whenever I need to verify my KYC information using a State ID, KAST for bank transfers will only accept a Drivers License and a Passport.

Since I'm on probation, I cannot hold a passport. And that's the sad part because I want to use the banking details but whenever I contact the customer support, they told me that their bank partners refuses to let them use a state ID due to their partnerships.

However, I'm still able to transfer stable coins into KAST. Which costs me small fees just to transfer them.

But other than that, I love my Pengu Card. I forever will use it but they need to improve the ability to verify your information using your state ID which is a valid form of ID in the US. They get three stars and I will rewrite my review whenever they have the ability to verify with a State ID

I travel worldwide now for 6 months. I started using Premium card a week ago and loving it so much. If you want to order a card look for promo codes online. I saved 200

I’ve had zero issues and loading the card is fast and easy. Works basically anywhere you can use Apple Pay or google pay

I have been using it for over one year. this app was always the best cashing out and holiday booking with daily use for me. Never turned me back.

It's a good app; I registered without any problems. It's not always easy to use because some features aren't available yet. But I see KAST is improving, and that's encouraging. Sometimes some features don't work or are temporarily unavailable, so I'm giving it 4 stars. When everything is stable, I'll give it 5 stars.
