Phone verification doesn’t work

Downloads the app to become a member, entered my phone number, and tried to put in the access code. Access code didn’t work, so I requested a new one. There’s nothing letting me know a new one has been sent, so I click it 3-4 times thinking there’s an issue with the app. All of the sudden, I’m unable to anymore due to “unusual activity” and am not able to login. Really bad system.
Nice App but Bad Directions

Some features aren’t clear. I downloaded the app while at a restaurant but was told to scan the receipt to get points. I got the receipt and attempted to scan at home but the app said you need to scan at the restaurant based on your phone’s location setting. No where in the restaurant’s marketing materials for the app nor the app itself tell you can only scan the receipt in the restaurant. Now I have totally lost points. This literally put a bad taste in my mouth. I also dont understand how perks work. App is not clear.

I’m really impressed with how easy it is to navigate - with just a swipe, I’m sitting there stuffing my face with wagyu. Just kidding, but it really has become my go-to for checking in on my favorite Chubby restaurants in the area and the points I’ve racked up there – if a reservation, waitlist, or messaging system could be added, would be even more convenient! Overall, great user interface and experience.
