Terrible app and experience

I am never one to write a review but this app is the absolute worst. 0 stars if I could. In the delivery address, you cannot add your apt number, which apparently that’s reserved for the delivery method section. And if you didn’t know that initially, there’s no way to edit or change your address, or even review what you had initially wrote in the delivery method. I contacted their support app and they deleted my address on the backend but then I couldn’t delete my existing order (with the incorrect address) because the app could no longer find the order even though it was clearly showing and they wouldn’t/couldn’t do it on their end because it was an issue they never experienced before. The response on the support app was slow and subpar. Also, don’t bother contacting the support app through your phone browser…if you switch away from it to take a screenshot of the app error, the conversation disconnects and you may have to start all over.

Awful Experience

This is the second time the same driver has asked me to cross a busy main city street to get my food from their vehicle. I canceled my order because I was waiting at the front door and not dressed to run across Valencia to their car. I also didn’t feel comfortable because this is the second time it was requested of me. I informed the driver and Club Feast of my issue with this. I also pointed out to Club Feast that their advertisement says to the front door and nowhere does it say to meet with driver at their vehicle. Clubfeast refused to credit me AND had the audacity to send me a message stating the meal had been delivered. I checked our cameras to see and that message was an absolute lie. The customer service was extremely rude. The deliveries rarely come within the window they state and charge you for.

Never Got my Order

Tried out this app after seeing it on Tik Tok. I placed my first order to get myself dinner. I ordered around 10am with a delivery window of 6:30pm-8pm. I get a text message from support at 5pm saying that the restaurant I ordered from is unable to fulfill my order. Support said they were able to confirm an order with a different restaurant for me and would provide me with an eta when they received one from the restaurant. I was never provided an eta and no food was ever delivered to me tonight. I ordered through Club Feast because I didn’t have any groceries in the house and now I have nothing to feed myself for dinner and support is not responding to my text messages. AWFUL first “order” experience. Beware because you may not get anything when you place an order through this app.
