I have been charged twice. I was told the first subscription did not go through and was given the chance to join with a discount subscription. I choose subscribed to the discounted subscription. I have repeatedly tried to transfer my account to my son and he is saying he still cannot record even though Lee (from Coconote) says the account was transferred to him. I need an email or a phone call ASAP. He literally had to go ahead and pay an extra $19 for a month subscription so he could record in class.

I recorded a meeting which was about 2 1/2 hours long. When uploading to make the report it said, "upload failed". Is there any way to retrieve the recording and try again? I need some specific instructions on how to do that.
Hi Team, I signed up with Coconote on July 22nd, 2024. Since that time, I've recorded many calls that are very important to me. As of today, I no longer have access and need your help. I tried to sign in today and unfortunately, logging on with an email address is no longer an option and its asking me to create a new (either a Google or Apple) account. In trying to find my old account/folders, I created new accounts which is now confusing. The email I signed up with is Lamountain2@redacted. Can you please assist? -Lisa Lamountain

Does not actually do family sharing!- Developer does not respond.

I purchased this through my own appleid to share with my dyslexic daughter through family sharing. The app should be able to be shared, the developer just says to contact them directly and they will send instructions. I contacted the developer multiple times with no response. I purchased the year subscription so am now out $100 and my daughter can only use a device signed in to my account- which is the ipad I need for work.
Great Idea But Crashes

Today was my first time trying this app and I was using the free trial. I set it to record and at the end of the sermon, I clicked to SAVE. The whole app crashed and it saved nothing. The sermon was lost. This happened to my friend who tried the same thing. The app crashed and she lost the sermon too. Love the idea but what a risk to record and then lose everything! Please help fix. Next time, I will not trust this app but VoiceRecord and later play back that recording because losing it all is the worst.
