How to fix LYNX app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the LYNX app on iPhone
Update LYNX app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall LYNX iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix LYNX on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve LYNX network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent LYNX app issues:

Force Stop the LYNX App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click LYNX app. » click "Force Stop".

Update LYNX to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear LYNX App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "LYNX app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch LYNX.

Fix LYNX unable to contact server/ LYNX internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click LYNX » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got LYNX » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch LYNX on android.
