It gets stuck in a white screen after I click โsign upโ

Had to sign up in my iPad because hit would get stuck on a white screen on iPhone. Every feature I hit just goes to a white screen. Phone is up to date on software. Also tried deleting credaiPro and redownloading it, didnโt work. Everything thing works on iPad though
