Next level of Things.

Focus has most of what you can ask for in a task / project manager and then some.

A single developer managed to pull off what took Things — with a team of Developers years, and has more to offer in my opinion.

### Many niceties …

- Dedicated Inbox
- Thoughtful customization (hide what you don’t want to see, show colors, increase/decrease font size, etc.)
- Tags — multi-level
- Projects/Lists (with notes)
- Areas (with notes)
- Archive projects and tasks
- Sub-tasks
- Dedicated Inbox
- Quick add task from App contextual menu
- Today, Next, Later and Planned views
- Calendar with day, week and monthly views
- Custom list sections
- Built-in Evening section — a place for your nightly tasks
- Drag and drop to change dates and sections
- Task Goals (unique)
- Exceptional search and filtering capabilities
- Extremely reasonable pricing model
- Available on iPhone, iPad and Mac (under one subscription)
- Consistent updates over the last year
- Responsive developer

### Few feature requests:
- Notes for Today/Star and Calendar view (like projects and areas display at the top)
- Image and file attachments
- System Calendar integration
- Watch app (says it’s coming on Developer’s blog)
- Weather displayed at top of Today/Star view and Calender (10 day forecast, like BusyCal).
- Additional app icons to choose from with multiple pleasing colors to match different home screens

All and all, Focus is a power user’s dream, yet it can be as simple as you want to be if you just want to manage your daily tasks or lists. Highly recommend you give it a try.
