Took mymoney refused to refund, despite providing all requested information -

I accidentally downloaded this app and immediately reach out to them to request a refund. I did not use it. It was still within the same hour that I requested the refund they requested I send them proof of payment and the bill from the App Store. I sent them everything, including my proof of payment even after I sent them everything they required. They still did not refund it

Do not even bother to download this app because once you do they will deduct your money without your consent. This app owner and apple conspire to be removing people’s money. They will place debit on your card. That’s what they did to me. I would have love to put zero star. Shame on you all.
Unable to cancel or get a response

I downloaded this not knowing for sure what it was. It wasn’t what I needed and it took money from my account. I have tried to contact them for several days to cancel it. I cannot get a reply.
