I accidentally downloaded HomeSecurity and immediately reach out to them to request a refund. I did not use it. It was still within the same hour that I requested the refund they requested I send them proof of payment and the bill from HomeSecurity Store. I sent them everything, including my proof of payment even after I sent them everything they required. They still did not refund it
Makes it very difficult to cancel subscription!!

HomeSecurity is useless and uses bait and switch tactics to get you to sign up for a service not related to the cameras
How the heck are u able to contact anyone? My husband downloaded this useless app and pays and now canโt even contact customer support
Scam camera instructions force you to buy a app membership you donโt need - the home monitor appโ then you download the blink app where it shows you have free options - donโt buy
I downloaded this not knowing for sure what it was. It wasnโt what I needed and it took money from my account. I have tried to contact them for several days to cancel it. I cannot get a reply.
Do not even bother to download HomeSecurity because once you do they will deduct your money without your consent. HomeSecurity owner and apple conspire to be removing peopleโs money. They will place debit on your card. Thatโs what they did to me. I would have love to put zero star. Shame on you all.
I hope I get my refund accidentally clicked on the service as of yet no response
Hard to get it up and running and no camera access without a paid account.
