How to fix Creati app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Creati app on iPhone
Update Creati app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Creati iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Creati on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Creati network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Creati Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Creati not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Creati App
1. On android, goto Settings » Creati » click [Force Stop]

Update Creati to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Creati App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Creati » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Creati.

Fix Creati unable to contact server/ Creati internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Creati » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Creati » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
