How to fix AidLink app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the AidLink app on iPhone
Update AidLink app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall AidLink iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix AidLink on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve AidLink network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix AidLink not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent AidLink app issues:

Force Stop the AidLink App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click AidLink app. » click "Force Stop".

Update AidLink to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear AidLink App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "AidLink app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch AidLink.

Fix AidLink unable to contact server/ AidLink internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click AidLink » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got AidLink » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch AidLink on android.
