I am working on 100%’ing the PC version and am delighted to see a mobile version!

A minor flaw I do notice- the games performance is a little unstable even at 0.5x scaling even though I am playing on an iPhone 15 Pro Max. I imagine this may not be very playable on devices from even just a couple years ago and that’s unfortunate and presumably fixable in Unity. I would request that the devs consider tinkering with some optimization; I think some additional downscale settings for models and textures might go a long way (I’m not a game dev but that’s just a guess and on the simpler end to implement from my understanding).

Also I think some of us (myself for sure) would love to support you monetarily! If you guys could work something out with your school to let you collect revenue, I’d love to contribute

Simply a criminally underrated game, with a really fun concept and enjoyable mechanics. The game is extremely smooth and polished, especially for a v1.0 release of a student project game.
I won't count on it being fully free to play with no ads forever, but I respect the effort to cast a wider net and really share this passion project with the masses. It's evident that there's an insane amount of love poured into this game, and the way TheWereCleaner prominently guides players to the broader community via social media links really broadens the world far beyond the relatively short runtime of the game.
There's something for everyone in The WereCleaner, whether you love adorable protagonists, edgy narrative humor, a casual game pass some time, or something to optimize and speedrun competitively.
I look forward to 100-percenting this game (as there's quite a learning curve to perfect all the later levels). And I can't wait to see what else may be in store for this game and any other WereSpinoffs to come!

This game is great and quite simple without being boring! I love that it is short and gets increasingly more difficult as you move forward, though it would be great if there were maybe some sort of bonus levels, or even different endings for different actions you may do(such as not killing anybody in any levels). However, game is still great how it is, and I deeply enjoyed playing it!

I really enjoyed my experience with this game!
It’s reminiscent of old flash games I used to play as a kid. There’s only a few levels but there’s no ads and it never asks for your money. Just a cute small project that has a lot of love and talent behind it.

It plays like a stealth game where your primary goal is not to get spotted which will get more difficult as you clear the levels. The cute character design in conjunction with the “you saw me, I have to kill you now and hide the evidence” gameplay really appeals to both my love for cute things and horror haha. Had a lot of fun!

I honestly didn’t think I would enjoy a game this much. Let me start by saying that all the people who worked on this game did an amazing job with the soundtrack, the animation/art style (it's so cute and the gore just adds that intensity to the game). Most games don’t really have a good plot but this is definitely really good.

Really enjoyed the fact that you can get collectibles while you clean up and everything. Enjoyed the game so much that I’d love (and as I’ve seen, many others) to see more levels of this game, maybe a continuation or a free game mode where the coworkers just make a big mess as you go and we have to see how long we can go without having to get caught or eat someone. Another great idea would be adding different endings so that we have more to unlock.

All in all, I give this game a 10/10, super cute and fun to play, sad that I finished it all in one sitting 😋

I would appreciate if the devs read this but I know they are busy so I don’t mind, but this is the best game I have ever played. For the longest time I liked werewolves but never really had a game that did so without being some “mafia” card game or dumb romance, I thought it was nice, witty, fun, and kinda cutesy. I only wished there was more, I haven’t gotten a plush (yet) and I really hope to see future works built on this idea. Really this game is my wallpaper now.

This game has, by far, been the best game I’ve ever played.

1. Cleaning messes was sooo satisfying
2. Kept me on my toes
3. Very interesting story
4. Great for playing anywhere
5. Adorable animation and drawing style
6. Way more entertaining than other stuff
7. NO ads. None of that annoying junk!
8. Endless ways to explore, find secrets, etc

And there is soooo much more!!! I couldn’t even write out how much I love this game. Thank you so much for creating this! Made my day.

This game was an absolute blast to go through. The visuals are amazing, the gameplay is smooth and fun, the characters I adore, and the story is fantastic. This game can’t help but put a smile on my face.

I even found out about other things, such as achievements being on steam, can’t wait to try and get all of those, and there being some arcade game on level 5, which I did not know about when first beating the game.

This game deserves all the praise it’s gotten since release, and I hope the creators of this wonderful game continue to create new, amazing games that continue to bring joy to me and many others.

It is short,
but a genuinely challenging game that ended up being really fun.
And it didn’t take me too long to get through the first six levels.
I waited till the next day to get a ‘no kills’ badge on levels 1-6,
before I did Darrell’s boss fight.
Which was challenging took me like 30 to 40 minutes to finish.
(keep in mind I was trying to do Darrell‘s boss fight with ‘no kills’)
currently, I’m working on completely completing the game,
I have all but one of the collectibles,
but I only have five stars on the first level.
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are all stuck on four stars,
And I have not dared to try to perfect Friday, Saturday and Sunday Sunday.
but I do have the no kills trophy🥳
I also really love the adorable design of kyle, and I hate Darrell
in a good way.
Darrells clinical and weird, Which is exactly how Darrell’s supposed to be. The only critique I have is lack of lore or explanations.
Like why are people killing people?
It seems unclear whether it’s a rebel against werewolves,
the werewolves rebelling?
or maybe a political stunt to make peace with the werewolves?
The flyers with the werewolf crossed out combined with the murdered people and “EAT OUR HUGS”
All contradict each other.
either way it’s still a really good game that I love❤️

This game is incredibly charming and has an amazing art style. The game can sometimes be surprisingly challenging and is a nice thing to do rather than just scroll through social media. Only downside about the game is the limited amount of playtime however being a free game it completely is acceptable. This game is amazing for anyone wanting an interactive puzzle experience, and I highly recommend it!

At first I was a little bummed that there were only seven levels. But the true fun was when you start memorizing the worker’s schedules and how they move. It’s like a time loop movie. The satisfaction of making it within 0.01 seconds of the goal and without killing (max stars) is so worth it.

The gameplay is smooth, story is funny, and the antagonist is terrifying. Love it.

This is officially one of my new favorite games. I love the graphics, the drawings and especially the story line. My only issues are with the employees its a little hard to not get caught by them and on the last it’s hard to complete of your tasks and not get caught by the employees or the security guard(I forgot his name). Besides that I love this game and Ican’t wait too see what the developers of this game come out with next. Keep up the good work!

At first pretty easy and fine then night and *poof*werewolf then night shifts?! OR NO PAYCHECK! And that’s just the beginning for our little Kyle friend. Night guard/the man behind the speakers/Dyle gets insane! RUN…! Gets harder with the shotgun w/ the tracker! And pretty scary w/ the blood if you die and Dyle says”see you never BUD!*and that’s really it even I HAVEN’T beaten the game yet and I’m just a 10 year old kid writing a review on this awesome amazing game!!!!!!!

Ok so I don’t really know if there’s another ending I think there might just be one and if there is can you guys please, PLEASE, add another ending I love this game it’s fun I’ve told my sister to play it as well others cause of how great it is I don’t experience any problems with it but can you guys add another ending and maybe make a part two that’s a separated game or not but overall fun but maybe add more lore like how Kyle turned into a werewolf

I love this game so much! It’s so cute that I have it on both Steam and my iPhone and am working on 100%ing both versions!

I wish I could love the mobile version as much as I do the Steam version, but the frame rate makes that hard to do. I know that a phone is less powerful than a PC or even a Steam Deck, but if this game could ever be updated to run smoother on mobile it would easily be the best game ever!

Normally I don’t write reviews on games, but this one is WAY different. This game is one of the BEST games I have played EVER! I just got my new phone, and I was looking for some good games to play during car rides and flying. This game has NO ADS which is very crucial to me, because I don’t want five ads popping up in my face every two seconds. It also doesn’t need WiFi, which is a HUGE hit for me, because it meets my expectations and it’s very hard to find a good game with no need for WiFi. The only thing I wish about this game is that it had more endings. It was a very short game, it only took me 1 day to beat. Other then that, this is a very good game! If you’re trying to find a good no WiFi no ads game that’s actually fun, then this is the perfect game for you😁.

This honestly seems like an apple arcade game expect it’s free I LOVE the animation and the gameplay the story and everything I love the collectibles and I love how challenging this game is the story is a bit short but I’m not complaining.

In my opinion this game is so much better than over rated and over hyped games such as Minecraft or Fortnite I really hope this game doesn't get discontinued and I have heard this is a student project and if the dev ever reads this YOU HAVE TALENT please make more games or even a sequel to this!

As someone who’s played far too many games for my own good I often feel leaving a game a sense of well stayed its welcomed and now its finally gone I can leave it be till next season or till the dlc drop and it wiggles its way bag into my life with this game I can say without a doubt it has left me wanting so much more I want to know more about what happens to Kyle and the office I feel you guys have hit a true homerun here and hope you keep making games or even adding small bits to this one thanks for the game m.

I really love this game. It’s really fun. I be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday and Saturday. It’s just Sunday is really hard Darrell. I don’t like how Darrell has a tracker. It’s kind of annoying and sometimes it just makes me die every single time I play it and sometimes it actually makes me run out of time, so I want him to not have but I mean like I was really close to beat it once I got to I got to the mascot room and I was really close to meeting, but I was one second so I of course ran out of time so yeah it’s a really fun game. I love it.

There are so… SO many reasons I love this short lil’ experience. #1: NO ads at all, this is not me overreacting to a small amount of ads, this is me saying that there at NO ads. #2: interesting, unique concept, I have never seen something like this before and I love it. #3: surprisingly cute art style for the cutscenes, other than the gore and stuff. #4: it’s not too hard, but you can challenge yourself by trying not to kill anyone. There are many other good things, like overall quality, cool mechanics, and more. Get the game, play it, do it now, it is good.

This game was so fun and I loved the art style, Kyle’s such a cute little guy doing his best <\3 very challenging without being nearly impossible, wasn’t even upset when I messed up bc I just wanted to keep playing and see what happened to the poor werewolf janitor. Loved all the collectibles and the messes that fleshed out the company and the employees. The last level was the most stressful experience of my life lol, sorry Daryl :( also the doodle of him and Kyle kissing in the credits made me cry laughing. ADORE this game and highly recommend, so glad I stumbled across it <333

Easily one of the best releases on TheWereCleaner Store recently. Honestly tells you a lot about the state of TheWereCleaner Store when I started having fun and was waiting to get hit with 500 ads and stuff. I don’t know how you plan to monetize this in the future, but the core gameplay has proven it is worth it.

The story and such is also funny and just great, very surprising. Loved the conversations and the back and forth with the security guard.

I could see some newer features like receiving the payment for doing the job and upgrading the janitor. Things like increased movement speed, faster movement when cleaning, longer time for trash bag knap, etc. Also new tools would be great, maybe a wrench that can be used to fix things as a new task.

Games released on TheWereCleaner Store lately just farm in—app purchases, are not fun, or perform poorly. This is finally something worth downloading to play.

The game could definitely use some more optimization for a mobile game because it makes my phone really hot after like 10 mins, even hotter than playing a whole hour of TFT.

Other than that, it’s seriously a great game. The controls are smooth and the art style and gameplay is really nice. Not the commercial type of game tryna spam you with ads or make you spend a bunch of money but a genuine game made by genuine people that is made to be fun and that’s it.

Some suggestions for future updates, adding more Easter eggs and stuff for us to discover as we mess around in the map would be great. Like you could make a special ending to the level with the satanic ritual where we throw a body on it and eat it on top of the magic circle and satan would actually show up and we wish for the cleaning to be done or something fun like that. (Unless you’ve already done that since I didn’t try doing that myself yet)

Very interesting story, cute art style, a lot of cartoon gore but the use of it is pretty fun, not too difficult until the last level, just generally very fun!

Only critique I have is how short it is: I finished the game in about an hour, albeit without going back to try to get no kills. I think adding some more levels in between the beginning and the end might be interesting? Or something of the sort. Some bonus levels could be fun!

Also I think it’d be interesting if they added difficulty levels, (easy, medium, hard, etc.) which could make it more fun for people playing it more casually, or players looking for a challenge. Just a suggestion! Love the game a lot!

Such a super cute game. No ads whatsoever, and I hope it stays that way. I’d happily pay up to $5 if it means this game doesn’t get ads with future updates. The story is succinct but still good, the art style made me gasp when we first saw Mr. Wolf Kyle because he’s just a little puppy!! Love it love it love it. I’m gonna go recommend my friends try this game too.

One thing I noticed in my play, when I was holding the cleaning button and moving at the same time, Kyle’s orientation would get locked into facing a specific direction and I’d have to let go of the buttons to reset being able to turn the direction he was facing. Was this a bug, feature, or something unique to my phone maybe? Doesn’t diminish the rating.

I absolutely love this game! It’s so funny and cute. The animation is so good and I really love the style of the characters! It doesn’t take long to finish the game but it’s the type of game where you will replay it multiple times. It’s easy to play but it gets more and more challenging. It’s the perfect balance of challenging the player but also not stressing too much. The story is super fun and is surprisingly both campy and simple. I really love this game and I hope there’s a continuation or a new game soon! I think this game could be a switch game, it’s that good! As you keep playing the game you also can see/feel how much the creators love the characters! I can definitely tell this was a joyful creation for them! 5 stars🤩

This isnt one of your run-of-the-mill power washing games where you get to sit back, relax, watch TikTok and have a good time. NO THIS IS NOTHING EVEN CLOSE TO THAT. This game is just build different because it is a stealthy game where you have to run away from witnesses before seen, and it is also a cleaning game, which somehow both work spontaneously well together because of some ware wolf magic or something. This game is fun, its gorey, and its not one of those games on TheWereCleaner store that look exactly like one another. I was bored and picked this out one day and finished it in about 3 hours. The game is simple yet harder than you would think. My only issue is that there is not much to do after the 7 days, but the game just came out like a month ago? Hopefully there will be updates because i want to play this MORE. GOVE ME MORE PEOPLE TO MUNCH ON AND MORE MESS TO CLEAN.

(If any developers are reading, keep up the good work, but maybe there could be new missions where Kyle is at a new job across the street??)
