How to fix Hydra app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Hydra app on iPhone
Update Hydra app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Hydra iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Hydra on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Hydra network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Hydra Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Hydra not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Hydra App
1. On android, goto Settings » Hydra » click [Force Stop]

Update Hydra to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Hydra App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Hydra » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Hydra.

Fix Hydra unable to contact server/ Hydra internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Hydra » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Hydra » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Hydra
