4 Most reported problems 😔💔
I asked to pay for expedited shipping but they would not do that so I asked to cancel as the shoes will not arrive before I go traveling but they said we have processed the order after previously telling me that it takes two to three days to process. This is very disappointing and frankly not believable.

They simply DON’T listen — they DON’T have a phone for you to explain your situation.
Thousands of bots to make you feel stupid for doing business with Ecco. Totally impersonal customer service policy.
I shot 4 simple emails explaining what happened — Basically I paid extra money cause I didn’t notice that there was a policy of discounting from the credit we had — they kept repeating it wasn’t their fault and they won’t fix anything.
I simply HATE it and I DO NOT recommend to anyone.

Why are all the shoe sizes listed in American sizes? I have never bought a pair of ECCO’s in an American size so WTH! I have the app but will not use it until someone answers this question for me.

Total glitchy app could not get the promo code after I downloaded the app. Got bent and didn’t even end up buying the shoes I wanted. Their promos never work.
