Ashwell is by far the best medical practice I’ve ever been too. ASHEWELL is so so. Mostly based on the communication page. The call or text numbers are only available to call from ASHEWELL ( if there is a way to text I can’t figure it out, which is functionally the same as not being able to text) and none of the emails work. Just keep getting messages saying to set up email, but nothing on what that means, and I have never seen that in another app. I just click the email address and my email app opens. What makes it worse is that you cannot even cut and paste the emails from ASHEWELL in to an open email so there is essentially no email functionality. I haven’t tried refills yet, but at least the page looks like it works like it should when I put in everything just didn’t hit submit because didn’t need it yet, same for sick visit. But all I wanted to do was email my doc about some test results, and couldn’t. So not too happy but at least somethings seem to work.

My family and I have been patients here for years. Excellent medical team…super smart, and always put patients first. Skilled and personable. Beautiful humans. Highly recommend.
