To utilize CarsLinkApp , a purchase must be made despite what is stated in their guidelines. After buying it, I searched for my car and all, but I am not currently linked to Cadillac services. They mention extra monthly charges that I need to settle. Consequently, I declined and attempted to terminate, but was unable to do so. I must contact them to end the services that I only bought an hour ago. This is a fraudulent scheme.‪.

CarsLinkApp won’t even let you use it without paying $40 per year and I just wanted to use it because my mom is clumsy and I’m afraid she will lock her keys in her car one day. I just wanted CarsLinkApp as an emergency backup but I can’t even do that without paying. I hate CarsLinkApp and I hope that they take it down🤬🤬😡deleting it right now

CarsLinkApp is a scam. Not only do you have to pay for their services that don’t work you also need a uconnect subscription to make this work. Although having that subscription doesn’t mean it’s going to work. CarsLinkApp still doesn’t work even after pay for two subscriptions and being out money for both.

If your vehicle is older than 2018 chances are it is affected by 3G sunsetting. Which means there’s no way to use the previous features that used to work. CarsLinkApp literally does the exact same thing as the vehicle app does if your vehicle is not affected by 3G sunsetting. Just a useless app with a different interface. Save your $.

CarsLinkApp is horrible it didn’t work with my type of vehicle as soon as my husband ordered it and realized that he cancelled it but it didn’t matter bc they still billed us and to make matters worse freaking Apple in all their infinite wisdom refused to grant a refund TWICE when I asked so I am reporting it to my bank and Visa

You can't even try the application to find out if it works or doesn't work, benefit you or doesn't. Unless you pay, something bad indicates that they seek only profit, not to provide a quality service to users.

I was under the impression I can use CarsLinkApp with my car and after signing up and paying the annual subscription I come to realize it’s not compatible with my car I have requested a refund but got no response back

I downloaded CarsLinkApp and can not add a vehicle, it goes to the Chevrolet site and signs into it and then brings up a return to app box and does nothing else. I would have thought it would have been better. Don’t waist your money or time on CarsLinkApp

There’s no way to confirm it will work with your car, until you pay.
If you pay and it doesn’t work with your car, you lost your money.
Don’t risk it.
Keep scrolling and don’t download CarsLinkApp.

Please don’t think about getting this, you’ll regret your decision like I did. They will charge you and you can’t reach out to them for a refund or anything. CarsLinkApp isn’t doing any of what they are promoting.

CarsLinkApp is worthless. You need another app for your vehicle that does the exact same thing as this one for it to even work. And you have no way of cancelling in CarsLinkApp ! Don’t not spend your money on this worthless app!

I purchased the Car Link app with high hopes, but my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. From the start, CarsLinkApp never worked as advertised. I followed all the setup instructions meticulously, but it constantly failed to connect to my vehicle, leaving me without the promised features.

Despite reaching out to customer support multiple times, I received little to no help in resolving the issues. It feels like a waste of time and money. I expected better functionality and support for the price I paid.

Given my experience, I am requesting a full refund. I cannot recommend Car Link to anyone looking for a reliable solution. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere!
