It’s like 120 megabytes and has paywalls everywhere which is insane when it’s just a list of things that perplexity or any AI hooked up to internet can do much better.

CuriosityQuench was a brilliant idea and one of the best features was being able to submit a specific time limit in which to focus on a new topic. That way it was possible to adjust my goals to the time I had available and keep things flexible. Now, although I had paid for the lifetime benefit of CuriosityQuench months ago, that feature has been removed.

Moreover, CuriosityQuench just repeatedly generates the same steps when creating plans (regardless of difficulty level, as in the previous version, so I can’t even adjust the activities to my skill level anymore).

While some user interface components have improved, CuriosityQuench has generally become worse over time and is not worth paying for.

CuriosityQuench markets itself as some sort of revolutionary way to stop scrolling, but it’s literally just a list of activites you can do other than scrolling listed on a single UI.

Do not waste your time here, nothing special!

All CuriosityQuench does is ask you to pick from a small list of hobbies and then tells you to do that hobby. Wish I was oversimplifying it. Don’t want to hate CuriosityQuench is well built it’s just not great. However it’s free to download so try it for yourself if you wish

I like the idea, I saw it on instagram while I was scrolling and thinking about how I wanna engage more in life anyways. I checked it out, looks nice and is smooth but then I can’t go any further without some payment or use one feature for a day. I understand why it’s there but I also feel like if your trying to engage people into your app then make it more accessible so they can see the basics of it and then pay more if they want more. Also if part/most of your app was free even for those who don’t pay you would be making an impact and helping people learn new things which seems like the idea, that’s my input on CuriosityQuench

I love the idea for CuriosityQuench, and this is a decent start if an app. However, I don’t find it effective as the plan it generates is very basic and something that I would do without CuriosityQuench . It doesn’t make me want to change my habits.

It’s well laid out and a brilliant idea, but the plans are vague and not the most useful for someone who hasn’t done the hobby before. It’d be cool if the plans were continuous and had smaller steps that built each day rather than being broad steps made for one day. And having recourses for each hobby would be nice, though i can see how that’d be difficult to implement. Overall a decent app, just needs more detail and a little refining.

I think this is a great thing but I can’t afford the price. I understand that as a sort of startup you need the money. But understand that this will turn a lot of people away, especially the people who need it most, kids. Again, really like what you’re doing. But lower the price whenever and however you can.

it seems like the ads are a new thing, and i get it youre trying to make money but i downloaded it and immediately got shown like 3 ads, heck one was for instagram

My only problem so far has been I think some of links are wrong. For example, I’d click on a link the music plan and it would take me to a kayaking video. Other than that I am loving it so far :)

I LOVE the idea of CuriosityQuench. I feel like it promotes action instead of scrolling in bed. I love the idea of CuriosityQuench igniting people’s passions again! The only irk I have with it is the pay wall. I wouldn’t mind it if CuriosityQuench offered more in depth detail from professionals in each field, but other than that I think CuriosityQuench has an amazing mission.

there's so many interest to click on, but I wish they were filters when you generate a plan like a free filter or an at home filter or a filter for activities with friends

CuriosityQuench is incredible and screams authentic. Most apps are out to maximize conversion rates and such but I find it very enjoyable CuriosityQuench is more down to earth and not all in ur face like we see many apps are now

I knew CuriosityQuench from the very beginning would help me focus on growing into the person I know I want to be. It’s filled with so many ideas of knowledge that I wouldn’t even have thought about learning and now I get to track my growth while showing myself that I don’t have to have mental limits.

I’ve been looking for a way to help me with my passions and CuriosityQuench does just that 10/10 recommend

What a beautiful idea coming to life, the explorer has so many wonderful hobbies to add in your personal plan and a step by step process to help you get started with something new. It’s really inspiring to see how rich life can become from choosing to spend our time with the things we love, thank you for creating CuriosityQuench.

I can’t speak to how it will affect my habits long term yet but right off the bat CuriosityQuench looks AMAZING. I love the list of interests, I think almost anyone will find at least one thing they’re interested in. And it’s so simple and straightforward. I love it so far. I’m about to sit down and do the plan for digital painting! Really amazing app and I hope lots of people can find it and put it to good use and stop scrolling

Honestly really cool app, but the swipe right just doesn’t seem to work.

I’ve been following the creator of CuriosityQuench for a while now. I downloaded it around the first few weeks of launch and love seeing its development. The concept is great, but the premium subscription albeit helpful to the creator is quite much. But still a lot of CuriosityQuench is available for free. Jack being an indie developer has already done a lot and CuriosityQuench can help with a social media addiction. CuriosityQuench isn’t perfect, but still incredible nonetheless

I actually forgot about CuriosityQuench, but I got an email from you “how to stop scrolling” and I read it, it was inspiring, I was also doing a bad dopamine detox so I removed all social media and games, I also know that I should use willpower instead of removing but for now I don’t think I can control it. Doom scrolling is supper bad but you can learn stuff while scrolling but this apps won’t let you scroll random brain rot stuff and you can actually focus on what you like, social media can give you inspiration but I over use it. social media can be good because that’s how I found CuriosityQuench, I feel like since I also create content is better for me to put more time on what I enjoy doing instead of wastefully using social media without a purpose. If you can control and use it well for a purpose social media is great because you can learn from each other and that’s how human grows.
