I use an iPhone and it never has worked the way it is supposed to no matter how many times I try and download, reboot, update my iPhone, always has the same problems with loading pictures and deleting all other content. Also crashes from time to time.

Be very careful when using this service. The cost is reasonable, but the firms do not work consistently and we encountered all kinds of errors and problems that support could never fix. We discontinued this service after months of work and costs to set up. The database regularly lost firm data and our users in the field constantly complained of the program locking up. The only way to fix problems was to delete the program and reinstall, which shows how buggy and unreliable it is. I could not be more disappointed. Even our sales rep, BJ, that works for Actsoft says she has lost expense reports if a character is in the wrong place...too sensitive, buggy, and simply unreliable.

This is a demo app but try to find the hidden cost of the actual product. Company website has no info on what this cost. This leads me to believe AdvancedWirelessForms cost is super high or maybe this is another ridiculous subscription service that wants you to pay a monthly fee. I am not going to waste time on a demo if I don't know how much it really cost if I decide I want it.

Worst thing I ever did for my company ,they have no back up they lost 97 invoices of mine and that I could not retrieve. You cannot trust them with your forms , unless you keep a copy of them yourself witch is impossible the way AdvancedWirelessForms is setup you can only submit your invoices and only have a list of your history. Bottom line they lost 97 of my filled out forms with info I needed to get paid on those jobs which I thought I was going to be able to print out but they were lost in the system and they could do nothing to find them. They did nothing to accommodate me just simply that they were all lost and what I'd to do like there CEO who talked with me when I started my service , but when I asked to speak with him numerous times about this very important issue I was just given the. Run around. You will lose invoices that you submit and they have no recourse or take ANY responsibility.

We are having the same thing happen. On phones we cannot scroll dates and times just on ipads, an update or bug fix would greatly be appreciated

The web app is so limited. You cannot copy fields, can't rearrange them. The web app has all kind of bugs that mean you waste huge a,outs of time. Field guys complained that some of their submission disappeared. Disappointing.

Love AdvancedWirelessForms and how easy it is to create. However, there are many glitches while using AdvancedWirelessForms with iPhone.

Great app. Lacks ability to use punctuation in the notes, but works great and makes the job easier!

You have to make the forms on a laptop, but there are a lot of options. Really great!

Easy to design and use. However, there are a few bugs to work out such as:
1. e-mail field and autosend feature only works under certain conditions
2. If the max file size is exceed and weird error message occurs

We purchased Advanced Wireless Forms for our pool maintenance company and it was an instant success. We saved tons of money on gas by eliminating unnecessary trips to the office. Also saved money on ink and expensive carbon copy paper when we went paperless with advanced wireless forms. Great product, great customer support at Actsoft! Very happy.

Great application for capturing information. I like the form pre-viewer, it's very helpful to know what the form will look like on my iPad before I use it.

Rep I spoke with was very knowledgeable, product does exactly as promised with the ability to create custom forms. I really needed a way to run better reports and now I have one.

AdvancedWirelessForms is completely awesome! I have every document that used to be on paper, now loaded to AdvancedWirelessForms. The money I used to spend of paper and ink has more than paid for AdvancedWirelessForms. Plus there is no handwritting issues or missing information with the required fields. I love it!! Highly recommend it!

An update needs to be made for iOS 8 when you go to select times the scroll option to choose the time, it automatically choose the current time.

This is a game changer. Not only has my company reduced our paper but our paper work as well. We have lowered operating costs considerably and made our office employees more efficient as they no longer have to spend countless hours doing data entry. Kudos!

I'm very happy with my purchase of the Actsoft solution.
I've tried other form builders online and through other companies but this one is the easiest to use and has a few features that other companies don't have. I'll definitely be using this program and won't be switching anytime soon.
