Another way innovative way to scam you and infiltrate your information and get your data. Did the process, won’t bind earbuds to app. Tried deleting the account it forced me to make. The “Delete Account” option is FAKE. When I go to put in my email to delete the account, it only provided the number keyboard, not an actual keyboard. Had to type my email in my notes app to copy and paste it into the text box. Then when I click on the “Delete Account” button. It didn’t respond at all. It’s a fake digital sticker to make it seem like it’s a delete button. It’s all fake.

AICOOLMarket is garbage! First, any notice or response when trying to set it up is in Chinese! Marketing a product in the USA means AICOOLMarket , which is needed for full functionality of the device, needs to respond, give notices and have AI in English. It only responds in Chinese … completely useless. Without AICOOLMarket , the headset is just a fancy music/phone headset. The translation program, which is what I thought I was purchasing, does not function without AICOOLMarket . Total waste of money!

All the good reviews have to be fake. I ordered earbuds that had me download AICOOLMarket for translating. When I hit the microphone in AICOOLMarket to speak, it only picks up one word per sentence. And then when it translates Nothing comes through the headphones. I know the headphone issue is not AICOOLMarket ’s fault but even on AICOOLMarket translator alone it barely picks up anything that I speak into the microphone

When I bought my 3 pairs of miniso-pro headsets, my plan was use to better communicate with my Spanish and Haitian Creole employees. Both languages were visible on AICOOLMarket when I watched the demo, but today when I went to use for the Haitian Creole I cannot find the option in the menu. How do I reach someone for support? The Spanish works great

I bought a translation headset and connected to AICOOLMarket. The experience was great. It can translate what I say into various languages, making me feel very relaxed and happy when traveling.

I used it in Japan, and it helped me so much with directions and food orders.

Download Android app from the play store called AICOOL, thinking that it would work with the so called translation earbuds I purchased from Temu. My mistake thinking these would work. Tried creating an account and received an error. ERROR: An internal error has occurred. [BILLING_NOT_ENABLED]. I was just trying to create an account, not pay money. The manual gave a code to input to access the translation service, but didn't even get that far to see how the earbuds worked. Also tried downloading from the QR Code in the manual, but the download failed ( go thing it did, could have been Spyware & Malware). Must be a totally different app to get these things to work. Just a waste of time trying these & they (AICOOL) are scammed as far as I know. Would never consider any product or service from them. Stay far away from this company.

I deleted the app after binding issues and setup a return. The next day, I received multiple spam calls that haven't stopped.

I tried it both speaker/earbuds modes. To be honest, it’s a bit slow and doesn’t translate very well. But we’re witnessing a birth of the new era where complicated tasks such as language translation can be successfully delegated to machines. I’m very impressed.

I pair the headphones with Bluetooth, but I can't pair them with the app. It says invalid MAC and Bluetooth address is xx:xx:xx. In addition, it is not possible to delete the account in the application, a window for filling in the email appears, but the numeric keyboard pops up. If I enter an email using the Copy-Paste system, it is not possible to confirm the sending of the cancellation. I wrote various errors to the developerx three times, but for example version 1.2.5 does not even load the QR Device binding code anymore.

I bought this "earbud translator" from TEMU and it's telling me to download a Chinese app that I cannot find on android market. The QR leads me to a Chinese software that is requiring access to my entire phone permission list, which google has flagged down as an app that could affect my phone w virus. I decided that it's not worth risking it so I will be returning the product.

I bought the language translator earbuds and when I scanned their QR code and discovered what permissions they required and that my Google warned me before downloading their app to "proceed with caution using an unknown site." I've never had that type of warning before downloading product reliant apps software before.... So, I can't trust any app that is sus. Guess I'll be returning the earbuds and look elsewhere for this product and the technology / software to support it that is available in USA, which is probably highly unlikely to be in existence.🙄
