Another way innovative way to scam you and infiltrate your information and get your data. Did the process, won’t bind earbuds to app. Tried deleting the account it forced me to make. The “Delete Account” option is FAKE. When I go to put in my email to delete the account, it only provided the number keyboard, not an actual keyboard. Had to type my email in my notes app to copy and paste it into the text box. Then when I click on the “Delete Account” button. It didn’t respond at all. It’s a fake digital sticker to make it seem like it’s a delete button. It’s all fake.

This App is garbage! First, any notice or response when trying to set it up is in Chinese! Marketing a product in the USA means the app, which is needed for full functionality of the device, needs to respond, give notices and have AI in English. It only responds in Chinese … completely useless. Without the App, the headset is just a fancy music/phone headset. The translation program, which is what I thought I was purchasing, does not function without the App. Total waste of money!

All the good reviews have to be fake. I ordered earbuds that had me download this app for translating. When I hit the microphone in the app to speak, it only picks up one word per sentence. And then when it translates Nothing comes through the headphones. I know the headphone issue is not the app’s fault but even on the app translator alone it barely picks up anything that I speak into the microphone
