Will Not Connect

I just purchased a solo B30 Pro and it stated that it was capable of using the app and it refuses to connect whatsoever. Gives me a snerror every time and the only support i get is redirecting me to online support. Why won’t this connect? It connects to my phone just fine but not the app? 1 star for functionality.

Got the 5.1 Poseidon, the remote is flimsy so I was looking forward to the app perhaps making up for it. But nope, won’t even connect. No instructions or troubleshooting, just links to customer service. Minor league stuff here, avoid.
M4T no support??

Pretty lame there’s no app support for a $330 dollar sound system. Without it, it’s difficult to adjust your settings as you’re looking at tiny lights on the soundbar with no indication of what or how to adjust.
