I recently purchased MYVU AR glasses primarily for their real-time translation capabilities. Before making the purchase, I reviewed the product advertisements and promotional materials. However, I did not find any clear indication that Brazilian Portuguese was not supported by the translation feature. As a customer living in Brazil, I reasonably expected Portuguese to be available or planned for future support. Brazil is the largest market in Latin America, and Portuguese is one of the most widely spoken languages in the world. The absence of Portuguese support significantly limits the usefulness of the product for Brazilian users. Therefore, I would like to ask: Are there any plans to add Brazilian Portuguese support to the real-time translation feature? Is Portuguese already included in your development roadmap? If so, is there an estimated timeline for the release of such a firmware or software update? I purchased the glasses specifically for multilingual communication, and Portuguese support is essential for my intended use. If there are no plans to support Portuguese in the foreseeable future, I will unfortunately need to consider returning the product, as it does not meet my expectations based on the information available at the time of purchase. I would appreciate a clear response regarding the future of Portuguese language support so that I can make an informed decision about keeping the device. Thank you for your time and assistance.
