Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever SPL app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix SPL app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the SPL app on iPhone
Update SPL app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall SPL iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix SPL on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve SPL network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

SPL Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix SPL not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent SPL app issues:

Force Stop the SPL App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click SPL app. » click "Force Stop".

Update SPL to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SPL App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "SPL app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch SPL.

Fix SPL unable to contact server/ SPL internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click SPL » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got SPL » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch SPL on android.
