11.30.2025: PLEASE PROVIDE ME STAT WITH A NAME & PHONE NUMBER FOR AN INVESTIGATIVE JOURNALIST AT "CAL MATTERS"......I HAVE AN ISSUE TO SHARE WITH THEM AND WITH THE ENTIRE NEWSPAPER THAT AFFECTS A MAN'S LIFE I.E., A MAN I.E., MY SON I.E., PhD CHEMIST, WHO WAS JUST PLACED INTO HOSPICE AND WHO, IN MY EXPERT OPINION (CV UPON REQUEST ) SHOULD NOT BE IN HOSPICE! ****I NEED THE NAME OF A JUDGE WHO WILL STOP THIS MURDER....IT IS ALL ABOUT THE HOUSE AND 7 MILLION DOLLAR INSURANCE POLICY ............ MY HUSBAND A VETERAN & I WANTED TO TAKE HIM HOME TO HENDERSON, NV TO "REHAB AND REST ...TOLD WE COULD BY ALEXANDRA CASE MANAGER ON 10.24.2025 WE COULD.....OUR SON AGREED!!!! SUDDENLY, HE IS IN "HOSPICE"....I JUST SAW HIM ON 11.29.2025!!!!! ALONG WITH A FRIEND AND TWO LAGUNA DEPUTIES, WHO DID A WELLNESS CHECK ON MY SON; THEY STATED .."WE CAN'T DO ANYTHING LEGALLY TO HELP HIM".....***OMG, POOR MAN JUST HAD AN "AORTIC VALVE REPLACED & IS ON A BLOOD THINNER"......ALL WENT WELL!! * THEN HIS WIFE'S CRASHED HIS CAR I.E., HE WAS THE PASSENGER!!! ...WIFE OK ......BTW, ONE OF SEVERAL SUSPICIOUS EVENTS OCCURRING TO HIM AFTER HIS "HEART OPERATION".... ( CAR ACCIDENT CASE # 250. 25.2025.....POLICE STATED IN AN EMAIL TO ME THAT THEY COULD NOT RELEASE ANY INFO TO ME ABOUT THE CAR CRASH! ) BEING AN OR RN FROM A TRAUMA LEVEL 1 HOSPITAL (UVA) ., I AM VERY FASTIDIOUS ABOUT "CHARTING" PER SE..........YOU ALL WOULD NOT BELIEVE ALL WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO MY SON AND MYSELF AT THE "PROVIDENCE MISSION HOSPITAL IN MISSION VIEJO" ......LIKE A HORROR STORY/MOVIE .....I HAVE IT ALL DOCUMENTED !!! PLEASE, PLEASE ..IN THE NAME OF ALL THAT IS HOLY, CONTACT ME STAT STAT ....MY CELL 540.470.0975 I.E., MY OLD VIRGINIA NUMBER BUT WE RESIDE IN HENDERSON, NV. ****OMG, A HUGE GROUP OF STAFFERS AT "PROVIDENCE MISSION HOSPITAL" NEED TO BE FIRED, AND SUED!!! MY SON'S MURDER NEEDS TO BE STOPPED! ***WHEN I SAW HIM ON 11.29.2025, HE RECOGNIZED ME...SAID, MOM, YOU CAN NOT DO ANYTHING! I REALLY DID NOT YET UNDERSTAND WHAT WAS GOING ON....NOW I DO!!!....HE WAS CRYING IN PAIN...IT HURT HIM JUST WHEN I TOUCH HIM... ...OMG, ONE BROKEN RIB IS PAINFUL WHEN ONE BREATHES IN.....*** BUT SEVEN BROKEN RIBS AND ETC...THE PAIN HE IS GOING THROUGH AT "HOME/HOSPICE" IS BEYOND MY IMAGINATION.....PLEASE, I NEED A STAT COURT ORDER TO STOP THE "MURDER" SO WE CAN BRING HIM TO OUR HOME!! HIS WIFE HAS BEEN NON-COMMUNICATIVE FOR MONTHS....****HE WAS NOT GETTING AND FOOD OR WATER ON 11.29.2025......OMG, ONE CAN ONLY LIVE ABOUT THREE DAYS WITHOUT WATER SO TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE!!!!! BTW, A SYNOPSIS CV: # An "immigrant" from Slovakia; proud daughter of a Czechoslovakian mother and an Ukrainian civil engineer father, who also was a recipient of an “Ukrainian Army Medal of Honor”. # An OR RN, CNOR (certified) for decades, with also many years of employment/awarded "endeavors" at the "University of Virginia Health System" operating room arena as a "Circulator and Scrub" in ALL operating room specialties/ ancillary units; served on many UVA hospital committees as well as on the UVA HAZMAT Committee. # The "Founder & Coordinator" of the no-cost "UVA MERCI Program" (Medical Equipment Recovery of Clean Inventory) for over 16 years i.e., was awarded a Commonwealth of Virginia General Assembly/House Joint Resolution /MERCI (MERCI still exists in 2025); *Bins of data, templates, memorabilia, names of NGOs, MDs, RNs, ETC., etc., I.E., recipients of medical supplies/equipment for missions, etc., in the USA and especially, internationally, as well as names of donors of "supplies", are now housed in the “UVA Claude Moore Health Science Library”; Helen had an active part in a national GREEN MOU endeavor. # Recipient of the "UVA Health System Community Service Award" & "UVA Distinguished Nurse Award / Beta Kappa Chapter / Sigma Theta Tau" Award, EPA AWARDS etc.; "Member of Sigma Theta Tau International" to the present; Helen assisted the "Virginia School Nurses Association" in passing legislation for "NURSES" to be placed into Virginia Schools"; a passionate "patient advocate" for decades legislatively, as well as an author and a commentator, whose writings focus on "medical errors/failures" within our USA healthcare system. # An active member of ANA and of "AORN” (Association of Operating Room RNs) in many roles for decades; Helen was appointed twice by AORN as "AORN Legislative Coordinator of Virginia". # A “Volunteer” since 2017-2025 in the "NEVADA VA HEALTH SYSTEM”, where all “VA staffers as well as all VA volunteers" must be fingerprinted. *************PLEASE HELP ME SAVE OUR SON!
