I purchased this one to get fast internet speed. Before I made the purchase and did a speed test, it showed over 100m down. But after I made the purchase, the speed went down to under 1m.
This looks like a scam and would not recommend!!!!
Terrible customer service and bad data as well

I used Saily once before and had problems getting it off of my phone once I got home. However the service was great during my time in Costa Rica so I made the mistake of getting it again. Now not
only did I have bad data service the customer support is literally nonexistent. Big mistake! So sorry I didn’t get a service with a better rating!
Do not purchase if going to japan!!!

I should’ve read the reviews before purchasing, but it seems like there is a recurring issue where after the first day the cellular gets extremely slow. I have reached out to customer service multiple times and they have been unable to fix the issue. Finally, they said it was an issue with coverage on their end and they would send me an email about when it will be fixed. It was never fixed. Customer service was quick to respond and polite. However, their service simply does not work!
