Not good for traveling in Europe

Be aware other providers have plans allowing you to have phone number and data plan for different countries in Europe. Saily only provide services for ONE country and only with data plan. No refund if you use more than 1% data.
(Should have record my data usage) Somehow I also feel like the usage rate is faster then it should be, cannot provide proof. Just something to look out for.
Will go with European telecom services going forward.
Didn’t work and has poor customer service

As a traveler, a working eSIM is a requirement and it’s more than convenience it’s an issue of safety. The eSIM I installed didn’t work and I had to keep contacting customer service for help. “Hey remember me the person who is halfway around the world from home who needs to be able to communicate…” After trying for a couple days I just deleted the eSIM and will try with a different company. Very disappointed.
