How to fix FoFr app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the FoFr app on iPhone
Update FoFr app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall FoFr iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix FoFr on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve FoFr network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix FoFr not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent FoFr app issues:

Force Stop the FoFr App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click FoFr app. » click "Force Stop".

Update FoFr to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear FoFr App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "FoFr app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch FoFr.

Fix FoFr unable to contact server/ FoFr internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click FoFr » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got FoFr » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch FoFr on android.
