App is full of bugs
Did not work for me, in Jamaica either driving or in 1 spot, u get nothing as far as service. Paying 30$ for something that u thought would be helpful. Stay away. I did all settings they recommended and ntn.
This is crappy and total scam. It does work.
I never got this to work. And I was heading to a foreign country and needed access to stay in touch with family. Never work. Wasted my money. It says it is completed. Says it is activated, but no service.
RIP OFF NO CUSTOMER SERVICE DONT RISK IT
After I paid for my e SIM it keep saying failed to be installed. Tried to contact the customer service but they didn't reach out to me.
I have arrived at my destination(Kenya) was not able to activate the eSIM ,and no contact /or a person you can contact for help.I gave up and will count that as a loss of 35.99 usd.
Bought this for a trip to Turkey and spent hours trying to get it to work with no support. In the end I bought an e-sim from another company that had support and was able to get everything working. Total waste of $80 spending money on this ESIM. Go with any other company… don’t waste your time with this.. literally caused me hours of stress trying to figure things out.
This is a scam and should not be allowed to continue.
