I used the code 2chicksea in my last order and it charged me $30 instead of $18. I did hit apply and even saw the right price at the bottom, but after entering my card info it changed back to $30 when I was charged.

I’ve ordered online from here a couple times before with no issues but this is my first time ordering since they’ve gotten an app. It is currently 5 hours until close and it’s been showing the next available time as 12PM tomorrow for several hours now. I thought maybe it was only an app issue so I went to their actual website and am having the same problem. I have been unable to place an order for today since around 3pm (it is just after 5pm now)
Terrible. Wish I could give less than 1 star.

As soon as I clicked the button to pay, and the app force closed. I tried many times to open it again so I could see whether I had been charged, but to no avail. I only know that I was charged because I looked at my bank account. I didn’t even know whether the store had received my order until I called the store and asked.
My app did the same thing!!!

I downloaded the app for the first time, ordered, paid and the app closed. When I try to get back in it flashes the sailor and then immediately closes. My payment went through but this is stupid. If someone complained about the same thing I am why is it stillllll happening????
