How to fix Propel app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Propel app on iPhone
Update Propel app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Propel iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Propel on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Propel network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Propel Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Propel not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Propel App
1. On android, goto Settings » Propel » click [Force Stop]

Update Propel to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Propel App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Propel » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Propel.

Fix Propel unable to contact server/ Propel internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Propel » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Propel » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
