So many issues and very slow

This app is very slow and every time you attempt to upload more then one image a day it says error occurred and logs you out. Very frustrating and disappointing.

I downloaded this app several months ago. At the time, the website said users could have free, but limited, access to the app which worked fine for my needs. Now today I got a notice that my "trial" ended (I had a full access trial that ended months ago) and now I can't access anything on my account without paying. Essentially it's ransomware at this point.
I tried messaging the company but no one was available and despite saying to leave a message, their website doesn't allow you to leave a message.
Even if you plan to pay (in my opinion way too much monthly!) for the membership, beware that they have lousy communications and may change the terms on you without any warning.
Super SLOW at doing what it says it does…
