My app will not export my reports & doesn’t even list my email in the admin section of my account info. Although it does show my email in the cc section when I try to export it. It does act like it’s exporting and says successfully sent, however it never shows up in the persons email that I send it to. Nor does it show up in mine.

I seldom if ever give a negative review to an App. I do know there are people working and App need to have a price. However, I bought this one by mistake (my fault), I didn’t realize they were charging $99 just a week later. The App is not worth 99$ at all, it is too simple, and what it give you is not much. A scan, and a total grouped in folders. That is not much, and doesn’t justify that amount of money. Moreover, I use the App to keep track of expenses in US$, I scan receipts in US$, but the app recognize that I am not in the US and converts the amount from another currency into US$. Absurd! The online version is also poorly done, a simple spreadsheet, nothing more. That again is not worth that money. There are other Apps that do the same with better interface for free. I paid, I shall keep it for a while not to feel too bad, then I shall delete it.

5 star app with a 1 star Rating. Here’s why!

This app is actually fantastic.. for the most part. This is easily a five star app but I have to give it a one star rating in hopes that this company recognizes they are missing on a huge point. Return Receipts… Unfortunately if you scan a receipt that’s a return it keeps the number positive instead of negative so you can not accurately keep track of your “total” in specific folders. This is a massive miss for exporting when it’s tax season. It doesn’t seam that updating your app to reflect the negative symbol would be very difficult to do. Once this is corrected I would easily change my review to 5stars. Until then I highly recommend looking else ware and not spending any additional money on the subscription for this app!

Hopes Dashed! 😢

I had hoped to find a suitable program to replace NEAT Receipts, the long overpriced and buggy commercial program. I was excited to use Receipt Lens during the trial period because it seemed to meet all of my needs. Once I subscribed to 1 year of use the program seems to have deteriorated significantly. Scanned receipt processing times out before completion, and I cannot even manually add a receipt at this time. (My efforts to contact technical support for a different issue earlier were met with no response at all.) Needless to say, I am disappointed. I would like a refund of my subscription fee, and I will go back to NEAT Receipts until someone creates a better program. Or, at least, responds to user issues.
