I deposited $100 into my this app account, thinking it would be a smart way to manage my money. I tried sending the money to another bank, but the transfer failed — and they still took $12 in fees. A few days later, the money came back to my this app account, but with less than before.

Thinking the issue might be with the first recipient bank, I tried again with a different one. Same thing: another $12 fee, another failed transfer, and more money lost. No explanation, no support, no solution.

Now I’m left with just $35 out of the $100 I originally deposited — and for what? No successful transfer, no real service, just fees and frustration.

Avoid nsave at all costs. It’s unreliable, expensive, and offers no accountability. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I’ve been waiting for over 2 weeks for this app to “review” my account, and during this time I have money stuck that I can’t access. Support is completely unresponsive, and there’s no clear timeline or explanation. This is unacceptable, especially for a financial app. I do not recommend using this app — it’s unreliable and risky. Avoid at all costs.

This is so disappointing lol. The payment link option was such an easy method for my clients to send me money. Now they just completely took it away. What a trash service!

They don’t tell you which countries are supported, they take your data like phone number and email and location and after that tell you that your country is not supported, apple should remove those data collectors.

They scam people out of money and are not a reliable service. Never use nsave if you frequently transact large amounts in USD. Stay away and stay safe. They lack commitment and suddenly stop providing services, such as ACH bank accounts. It has already been over a month since they promised to launch their card on August 8, yet nothing has happened. You can judge their credibility from this delay, along with the many social media posts from users claiming they were scammed by this app.

They keep asking for information and after that they tell you it’s not available in your country

They said I will receive a free virtual card after full verification. I opened my account almost a week ago, I completed my full verification but still I didn’t get my virtual card! Also I applied for EUR account. But I didn’t get my EUR account yet. Extremely slow service! Very bad experience! Do not download nsave anyone! Totally waste of time and a trash.

received payment from a payment link is superfast and easy. also have ACH and soon will have cards. this is amazing.

this app has solved one of my biggest headaches — getting paid by international clients. Now, I don’t need to rely on slow banks or unreliable platforms.

nsave is good so far. Right now it is the best alternative of Wise. There are some bugs, but they are actively fixing it.

I signed up on a friend’s recommendation, and I’m glad I did. I now get paid in dollars for my freelance work without stress. The Naira conversion is also fair.

These guys aren’t getting the credit they deserve! nsave made it easy to transfer money and finally there is reliable way to save in USD for my family rather than our local currency.

I’m impressed by how easy it was to set up my account. Within minutes, I was able to fund in naira and hold in dollars. The onboarding process is seamless and stress-free.
