How to fix SleepScout app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the SleepScout app on iPhone
Update SleepScout app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall SleepScout iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix SleepScout on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve SleepScout network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

SleepScout Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix SleepScout not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the SleepScout App
1. On android, goto Settings » SleepScout » click [Force Stop]

Update SleepScout to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SleepScout App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » SleepScout » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart SleepScout.

Fix SleepScout unable to contact server/ SleepScout internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click SleepScout » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto SleepScout » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch SleepScout
